I would like to especially mention Rachel, the Senior Lease Negotiator, for her excellent work. Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. I recommend Foxton and especially Rachel to everyone who appreciates a professional approach, honesty and a high level of service.

22nd Jul 2026 (13 days ago)This 5 star review goes solely to Jack Wallis who really went out of his way to help me with some issues I personally paid for and getting reimbursed. There is one person in the office though who wasn’t as great, when I went there he tried just telling me to go elsewhere as that wasn’t the correct office for my request when I’m paying almost £3k in rent. Ridiculous. Jack on the other hand is phenomenal and deserves all the praise possible!!!!!
20th May 2024 (2 years ago)We rented with Parry and Drewett for almost 4 years, they were reliable and attentive, always working with the landlord to resolve any maintenance issues as and when they arose. The Surbiton team are friendly and honest, we couldn’t recommend enough.

They were then quick to market the property and found my current tenant very quickly. Pollyanna has been very polite and professional via phone calls and emails and I appreciate how patient Pollyanna has been when I have needed questions to be answered.

He took initiative to show me a property at the end of his working hours that happened to be the one that I ended up choosing. Great experience, recommend these folks for future endeavors.

We have been emailing and calling for over 6 months regarding issues in our property and Wallakers have done absolutely nothing to help or resolve them - or even write back! How can a block management company ignore all of their tenants? From the other reviews I can see our case is not an anomaly, and we have now had to involve the London Rogue Landlord scheme.<br><br>Edit as of 14/07 - Robert has provided his email address within a week of me leaving our review, but has still failed to respond to the previous 8 months of emails we have sent him!

We met Paige initially who took our details and assured us she would help us navigate the current challenges in the market as best she could. She had a property coming on to the market which might suit needs. George then showed us around, handling a challenge with keys for the property with great calm and determination. we didn't feel rushed at all and could take time to get a feel for the property. We requested a second viewing, met by Paige again. She was insightful, open and helpful, guiding us through each step. In safe hands with these professionals, kind and not pushy in any way. Would highly recommend this firm and this team.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

He is a true professional who excels at what he does and is a credit to the company! The photos and videos that were taken were very impressive.<br>It was quite a complicated procedure, which he handled with ease and took the stress away from us and kept us updated the whole way through.<br>We highly recommend his services. If we ever move again, which I doubt, we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
