Rachel proved to be a true professional and guided the rental process from the beginning to the signing of the contract. Her communication was clear, friendly and always timely. Thanks to Rachel, the process of renting an apartment was easy, fast and stress-free. She was always in touch, explaining all the nuances that we did not understand. James, Richard and Toby were fantastic throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were very honest when helping us get our home ready for sale, and they managed to get the viewings organised and an offer agreed at asking price in very short order.<br><br>They were communicative throughout and followed up with everything in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They were then quick to market the property and found my current tenant very quickly. Pollyanna has been very polite and professional via phone calls and emails and I appreciate how patient Pollyanna has been when I have needed questions to be answered.

We first talked to Peter to find a letting solution. Peter, Victoria, and their team found suitable tenants quickly while keeping us well informed. Anna and Ella handled the practical side. Anna devoted lots of time to contracts, agreements, and preparation work. Ella also assisted a lot with scheduling and went beyond her role by supervising the disposal of old furniture to ensure a smooth move-in—which we truly appreciated ! Mae and Gioia were also very responsive and helpful.As overseas landlords, having an experienced, reliable team is vital to us. We're very grateful for their hard work and would happily recommend Hamptons.

We met Paige initially who took our details and assured us she would help us navigate the current challenges in the market as best she could. She had a property coming on to the market which might suit needs. George then showed us around, handling a challenge with keys for the property with great calm and determination. we didn't feel rushed at all and could take time to get a feel for the property. We requested a second viewing, met by Paige again. She was insightful, open and helpful, guiding us through each step. In safe hands with these professionals, kind and not pushy in any way. Would highly recommend this firm and this team.

The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

Never had to contact them to chase, never known an agent like it tbh. Would definitely recommend them time and time again. 24th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)PSA for prospective buyers: based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone purchasing a new-build or renovated property through Nicholls Residential to carry out thorough due diligence on the developer involved.<br><br>I purchased a property marketed through Nicholls and developed by N. Khan / Goldstar Real Estate. A professional snagging inspection later identified a substantial number of defects, and I have since experienced prolonged difficulty getting agreed remedial works completed.<br><br>While the developer is ultimately responsible for the build quality and remedial works, Nicholls have been copied into my email correspondence from the outset, so they are aware of the ongoing issues. I am also happy to provide evidence of the communication history and attempts made to resolve matters if required.<br><br>For me, an estate agent's willingness to market properties for a particular developer is relevant information when deciding whether to purchase through them, particularly where the agent has subsequently been made aware of significant post-completion concerns.<br><br>My advice to prospective buyers would be to commission an independent snagging/building inspection, research the developer carefully, get all remedial promises in writing, and check the warranty and after-sales arrangements before committing.
17th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Our initial conversations with Chris were very positive. However, once the price was agreed and we decided to proceed, our experience changed considerably. We were passed over to Andy, who recommended his solicitor to the seller, which in our experience contributed to the process being delayed by several weeks. We then faced further uncertainty regarding the shape and extent of the land, including being informed that what we were purchasing appeared to differ from the Land Registry documents. Naturally, this led to further questions and discussions from our side. Unfortunately, during one of these conversations, Andy became extremely rude and made comments that I would not wish any buyer to hear. Purchasing a home is already an emotional and stressful process, and I would expect an estate agent to understand that and communicate with buyers professionally and respectfully, particularly when there are genuine concerns about what is actually being purchased. The only reason we continued with the purchase was because we had built a very good relationship directly with the seller. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this estate agent unless you have very limited alternatives.

18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sanaz is truly exceptional.<br>She is not just a great estate agent; she is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about the people she works with.<br>When I first came to view the apartment, it was actually the very first apartment I saw. I immediately fell in love with it and with Chelsea Harbour, and Sanaz was the person who showed it to me.<br>At the time, I was going through a divorce and the application process required a lot of paperwork and documentation. I explained my situation to Sanaz and asked for her help. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I know how it works and I will help you.” And she really did.<br>She guided me through the entire process, made everything so much easier and helped me move into the apartment very quickly. What makes Sanaz particularly special is that her support didn’t stop once the tenancy was agreed. Until today, whenever I have a problem or need help with something, she is there.<br>She is honest, straightforward, incredibly responsive and genuinely kind. I feel very lucky to have met her. Today, I don’t see Sanaz simply as the agent who found me my home; I see her as a friend and someone I hope to keep in my life for many years.<br>I could not recommend her highly enough. She truly is one of a kind.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
