16th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)This is not the first time we have used Blenkin&co. We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

8th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)Avoid at all costs, they didn't manage my sale properly found at at week 12 my buyer couldn't proceed. Was lied to about my buyer the second time, told they had a cash investor and could move in 6 weeks. Took 10 weeks it was a first time buyer with mortgage, now refusing to pay good will gesture of 600, 3 weeks late at time of counting, loads of excuses despite being told they would reduce their fee. Horrible experience.
16th Oct 2024 (13 weeks ago)Worst agents ever met. The house is totally a mess when we moved in. Quite dirty everywhere. We have to ask for leave to clean the house. The agent promised to find someone to help us clean the kitchen, repair the toilets, clean the carpet and sofa. However, no one shown up till now. We have moved in two weeks. There are no chairs for the kitchen table. We have to stand in the kitchen for each meal. It is ridiculous.

I don't feel valued as a customer, the way she dealt with our process of buying a house was not professional and very confusing. I would never recommend this agency for any of my friends and I will not be buying a house with them.

He was absolutely brilliant, always responded promptly, providing the correct advice, returning calls, seeing everything through to completion. Thank you Jakub. If only the Morley Reeds Rains (Lettings) had been half as good I would not have had to move agents.

Multiple challenges with the buyers team, but Joanne and Donna worked tirelessly to keep things moving and in my opinion did a lot of rhe buyers teams work for them. 31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
