28th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)The worst agents I have ever experienced, and I am a retired chartered surveyor with over 30 years in practice. I found them rude, disrespectful and totally incompetent. They failed to respond at all to any of the notices served on them in accordance with the term of the tenancy, I was totally ignored. When the rain came, it was obvious that the thick layers of paint hid a sorry lack of maintenance. I would not advise anyone to have any dealings with this firm in the light of this experience. They say they have a, 'Fully Managed' tenancy while the opposite is the fact.

12th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

25th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)We had an awful horrendous 13 months dealing with the owner of Ewemove Rossendale selling our home. As far as they’re concerned, after they get you a buyer that’s it for them. It’s job done. They find it an utter inconvenience if you contact them again for updates on your sale, god help you should you need any help progressing your sale after an offers been accepted as they’re simply not interested. Awful estate agent who only cares about conducting viewings. After that you’re left to fend for yourself. The owner will say all the right things to you on the phone then in reality after speaking with you will do the bare minimum to help and proved it to us. The owner lacks experience and is clueless and shouldn’t be allowed to run an estate agent. The amount of stress and extra expensive the owner caused us is inexcusable. Completely untrustworthy, incompetent, inept, unprofessional, the list goes on. Never again.

13th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)? 1 Star (would give 0 if possible) Extremely poor communication and a complete waste of my time. I repeatedly contacted Kays over several weeks regarding a commercial property they were advertising for lease. Every time I called, I was told they did not yet have access to the premises and that they would contact me as soon as a viewing could be arranged. Despite numerous follow-up calls from me, nobody ever got back to me as promised. When I eventually called again for an update, I was informed that the property had already been let to someone else. If the property was attracting interest, I would have expected basic communication and professionalism. Instead, I was left chasing updates for weeks while receiving the same response over and over again, only to find out the opportunity had been given to someone else. This reflects very poorly on the service provided to prospective tenants and raises questions about how effectively properties are being marketed on behalf of landlords. I would not recommend dealing with this agency based on my experience.

These guys will tell you everything you want to here to get the keys in your hands, once they are, they no doubt start laughing, everything we where told about the property we've taken and the landlord is an absolute farce, I've had 17 landlords in my life, this current one is by far the worst, and the property the 2nd worst, although at least in the worst one I could reach the property manager to get work done and have no issues paying rent, everything with the current landlord is an impossibility, and W&E reckon she's and I quote 'very friendly and always willing to help, she'll always respond', they must know a different landlord, because they sure as hell aren't talking about this one.
