2nd Jun 2026 (10 days ago)From the start of the selling process Square Room were professional and helpful with any matter we had. We has initial personal conversation with Paul , the owner who explained the whole process such as time, timescales and fees and then we’re handed over to the wider team who were confident and pleasant throughout. Square Room handled the viewings which was a great weight of my mind and their communication was outstanding. From confirmation bookings to follow up calls. As I was acting as POA on behalf of my father, I was concerned things wouldn’t always be communicated to me, how wrong could I have been. I even recommended Square Room to a couple of friends who were selling their house. A big thank you to all the team at Square Room.

Enquired about a parking space, took three phone calls to get a call back and then informed me I needed to provide three months in advance and a £100 deposit even though the listing said £0 deposit and another member of there team said you could pay monthly. Maybe try to get your facts straight.
1st Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Just returned home from an amazing 4 day get away at ‘Stay be the sea’. As a hen do party of 12, the property is well equipped, spacious and perfect for hosting. Lots of seating so we were able to all be together when eating etc, huge bedrooms and super comfy beds. Large bathrooms and lovely hot showers. 2 parking spaces directly out the front which was a bonus and 2 min walk to car park on the front for any extra cars. The location is fantastic, in between south and central pier and almost directly on the promenade made it easy to get about, plus a tram stop almost opposite made it even better. So pleased we booked this place, it made our stay all the more memorable. Big shout out to Beth who was always at the end of the phone for any questions or messages and was super prompt at answering. Can’t recommend ‘stay by the sea’ enough!

Emma rang us up weekly with updates and was always happy to answer any questions and chase up solicitors. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property. In the unlikely event of us wanting to move again I would absolutely go with Bridgfords again. They managed all the viewings, and the communication through the process exceeded my expectations. 10th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I found Houseclub to be a fantastic estate agent. The staff are friendly and positive. They were helpful and were always willing to suggest changes. It felt like a very personal service every time I rang, as whoever I spoke to knew me, my house and where I was up to with the sale. I could tell there was a lot of work going on behind the scenes and despite being on the market for a while I never felt forgotten. John, the boss, also kept me well informed of current market trends and policy changes like the stamp duty changes. If I were asked where they could make improvements I don't think I could come up with any so well done.- 1st Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Renting with Keenan's Rawtenstall was so simple. Unfortunately the area and property where I want to move to is too dear for my properties sale value(plus a bit) to purchase there. I have decided to wait until next year before trying to sell again. But will ask them to represent me again when want to move.

1st Jun 2026 (11 days ago)iBay Homes were the estate agent selling our new home. Marketing photos, room plans and description presented the property very well. Our viewing was conducted in a relaxed, unhurried way, with our questions answered helpfully and informatively. Once our offer was accepted the conveyancing process dragged on for 6 months due to inefficient, frustrating solicitors up and down a fairly short, mainly cash transactional chain. Hayley at i Bay Homes was resposive to our calls, helpful with her experience and insights to the legal process and facilitated communication with her sellers. She also liased with our estate agent and kept us informed regarding legal progress by the seller's solicitor. Hayley also obtained answers to our questions from her seller or seller's solictor quickly and professionally. In short she was an indespensible part of our new home purchase. When selling or buying your home the estate agents role is critical. Choosing iBay Homes to buy or sell your home is the best days work you will ever do. We were most impressed with their professional, experienced, helpful and friendly way of dealing with the property maze. They will not only price your home correctly if you're sell it, but crucially keep the legal process moving and guide you as a seller or a buyer along the way.- 5th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I went to view a house and was met by Phil who was there before the viewing started. Punctuality was great, some estate agents are only just turning up when you do. Phil was knowledgeable about this property and had terrific rapport with both me and my son. He was very easy to talk to and no question was too much. Brilliant representative.
