It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Jenna has gone above and beyond to support one of our young people as they move from supported accommodation into their own home.<br>She has been there every step of the way, showing incredible patience, understanding and kindness throughout the whole process. She has been particularly supportive and understanding when it comes to arranging the deposit and rent in advance payments, making what could have been a stressful process so much easier.<br>It is clear that Jenna genuinely cares about the people she supports, and her patience, professionalism and dedication have made such a positive difference. Helping a young person take this important step towards independence is so valuable, and we are extremely grateful for everything she has done.<br>I would highly recommend Martin & Co Blackpool to anyone looking for decent, good quality and affordable flats in Blackpool. I was buying a property through them and, even though I wasn’t their main client, they were both really helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process.<br><br>They were always easy to deal with, quick to respond and did a great job keeping everything moving. I really appreciate how much they helped and kept me in the loop, especially as buying a property can be pretty stressful.<br><br>Thanks again for all your help!
14th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We stayed in the Oster Catcher apartment at the new Sandpiper. This apartment was great for the two of us with a good kitchen/dinner/lounge, compact but well equipped. The bathroom had a good shower. The bedroom is ample size with good storage, but for a short stay like ours has little room for suitcases being used daily. The bed was on the firm/hard side, but in good condition.<br>This apartment is up one flight of stairs from the front door. Entryway and hall has a good feel and large. Would definitely stay again!

Yoanna keeps in constant contact with us and deals with any issues arising at the property promptly, obtaining very competitive quotations for repairs / replacement items etc. In summary, a really professional and friendly service.
