He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. We are thrilled with the result, and so grateful to Danny and John Alexander. We felt that they always had our best interests at heart. We couldn't recommend them high enough. Thank you!

They are both very friendly and approachable and were on hand to guide as and when was necessary. What a star. The first property was let in a very short time with a far better rent than I had expected, he prepared the lease which was signed quickly and the whole transaction was done and dusted in no time at all.<br>The second property went just as well and despite me testing Billy's patience, he calmly and efficiently carried out the task in hand and a new tenant was installed very quickly. Well done Billy. I found this company's charges very reasonable and great value for money, so I will definitely be engaging Nicholas Percival for future property matters.

Thank you to Lorraine & Gina for helping us through out the process where we were buying our first property. unfortunately we had chosen the worst solicitors imaginable. They were on the case through out the process even on their days off chasing for us. We would never have gotten the property when we did if was not for them ?? thank you girls. Safe to say if we ever move in the future we will be using knights residential in Colchester ???????????? Megan & Justin

Big thanks to the sales team for trying to find us a buyer, and also special thanks to Korben who led us through the entire process and found us an excellent tenant very quickly. Thank you for going above and beyond, it is very reassuring given we are not in the country and knowing that our home is in great hands. We will recommend you to anyone.
