If your rental contract lists Mulligan Property Limited, back out immediately.<br><br>The White and Jones team themselves are mostly good, but they work with at least one awful landlord. I'd happily buy a property here, but the rental experience was constant stress and nagging to get the landlord to fix the house.<br><br>Note for the W&J property manager - a fire alarm fault light (not a main alarm) is an issue for repair ASAP. Please do not put off an issue of that severity with temporary patches for your other tennants. If the landlord is not allowing you to repair a fire alarm, you should not work with that landlord....
