   We had a very positive home-finding and move-in experience with the Brown&Merry Lettings Team. Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome.    Highly recommend Christopher Pallet. We were selling the family home of our late mother. Colin dealt with the whole sales process, from start to finish, including valuation, sales strategy, marketing, negotiations with buyer, solicitors, and other members of the chain. He even put one member of the chain in touch with a financial adviser to successfully resolve a mortgage issue that could have caused a problem with our sale.<br><br>Colin had great local knowledge of the market, was empathetic to our circumstances, and had a good sense of humour.
