   Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I arranged a viewing for a rental property at 10:15am, which was the only viewing time available. As I run my own business, I rearranged several clients to make sure I could attend.<br><br>Just two minutes before the scheduled viewing, I received a call from the estate agent to say that the viewing had been cancelled because the tenant was unwell. I completely understand that illness can happen and that this was outside of their control. However, I was told that they would contact me to rearrange the viewing, so I waited to hear back.<br><br>Unfortunately, I received no further communication whatsoever. I have now seen that the property has been taken off the market, without anyone contacting me or giving me the opportunity to rearrange the viewing.<br><br>The cancellation itself wasn’t the issue. It was the lack of communication afterwards and the fact that I was left waiting after having rearranged my work commitments to accommodate the viewing.<br><br>Overall, I found the service very poor and the communication extremely disappointing. As someone looking to rent a property, I would expect much better communication and consideration from a professional estate agent.... Read more
