18th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)The team at Thomas Lardner made selling my dad's house after he passed away very easy with no problems whatsoever. It was a difficult time, but the professional and efficient staff at the Romiley office made the sale of the house so easy. From the moment I walked into the office, they were so helpful, they were always on hand for any questions and would reply to emails within minutes! If only all estate agents were like this. 10/10.

The estate agent who viewed the property with us on two separate occasions was very helpful, friendly and offered lots of useful of advice with regards to the property and its features. They put at ease any of our concerns and were open to any questions and had lots of useful suggestions. Would highly recommend this agent for their excellent service, friendly and welcoming approach and knowledgable. We have found our perfect home with their help and are so happy, thank you so much

The communication and support I have received and continue to receive is very impressive so I do not feel I am alone as I go through this process. The photographs of my property were taken by a professional so online presentation is excellent. My experience is one of feeling valued as a customer.
