It was a rollercoaster process, but in the end, the lease was successfully worked out to the satisfaction of both sides. Throughout, Miles was not only tenacious but also empathetic. He genuinely wanted to make the flat work for us and this was evident as he skilfully balanced persistence with giving the landlords the space they needed to make their decision.
23rd Sep 2024 (16 weeks ago)Very poor experience in dealing with property management. Found the person highly predatory in charging bogus expenditures to deduct deposit (eg indentation on carpets left due to keeping furniture) in an attempt to try to allocate landlord’s discretionary expenditure to tenants (which as a matter of fact arrived after 50+ days since tenancy ended after multiple requests to return deposit). Have challenged it through ombudsman, but did not expect this predatory behaviour from an agency of such good reputation.

Sam genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly and was always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. His dedication and attention to detail really made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and thoughtful agent!

He found the perfect flat for me and followed up closely to check everything was going smoothly, even though he was in a training. I also had a chance to work with Julia, who was very helpful as well. It was a great experience overall and I’d recommend working with Paris if you’re looking for a flat in Notting Hill.

He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

After quite a few viewings we accepted a cash asking price offer on the Tuesday, less than a week after meeting the team for the first time. Massive thanks to Harry for pushing through a 2 week exchange! Will use the guys again and would definitely recommend. Big thanks to Will, Charlie and most of all Harry P.
