They maintained excellent communication during the entire process and were incredibly supportive in helping us settle into our property. We feel very fortunate to have been able to find our rental property with them, especially in contrast to some other agencies we encountered in London. We absolutely love our new home which we wouldn't have found without the help of Sam.

Kelvin in particular was excellent, as he was always available for any clarifications, and his clear communication style and transparency throughout ensured that I was kept well informed of all developments. Thoroughly deserved 5*!- 26th Apr 2024 (5 days ago)I have recently sold my flat through Foxtons Auctions and the whole process has been streamlined and professional. The were transparent and open about discussions and feedback from the outset. I received a telephone call almost daily giving me an update on the viewings of the previous day and the feedback provided by interested parties. The online platform is easy to use and you can keep up to date with feedback and potential viewings. The service I received was not corporate in fashion; it felt bespoke, and I often joked with the team that it very much felt the whole of Foxtons was working solely for my flat. I thank the whole team, but a special thank you to Anne, Antony, Bronwyn, Kieran and Mohsen. There are many estate agents across the Marylebone and Mayfair area; if it is a personal and bespoke service you require, then I strongly recommend Foxtons.

22nd Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Last time I rented anywhere was over a decade ago in Manchester, so I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of entering the cut-throat world of renting in London. Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.
29th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.

20th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family.
