Their prompt and efficient responses have consistently resolved the typical issues landlords may encounter. Also, their kind and cooperative approach has helped grow a strong personal relationship, which I believe is key in a business environment. A team I would gladly recommend to any landlord.

13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!<br>From the very beginning, this agency proved to be rude and unprofessional in every interaction. Simple requests took days to get even a basic response, which set the tone for the entire experience.<br>At check-in, the apartment was in horrendous condition, nowhere near what was advertised. What followed was weeks of back-and-forth just to get them to replace broken and dirty supplies that should never have been an issue in the first place.<br>Once our stay ended, the deposit return process turned into an absolute nightmare. We waited days for replies, and when we finally got them, different agents contradicted each other and gave us conflicting information. On top of that, they deducted cleaning fees from our deposit without ever providing an invoice to justify the charge.<br>Overall, an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience from check-in to check-out. I would strongly advise against booking through this agency — the lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency made what should have been a simple stay into a prolonged ordeal.

His guidance throughout the rental process and in particular regarding the Renter’s Rights Act, was clear, thorough, and reassuring.<br><br>He was always available to answer our questions, no matter the time, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Joel consistently went above and beyond what we expected from an agent.<br><br>If you are looking for a highly personalised, professional service, we would wholeheartedly recommend Joel and the Jonathan Arron team.- 24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)The worst letting agency I have ever dealt with. Repairs were constantly delayed—I was left without heating for 8 weeks during winter, and maintenance issues were never resolved on time. Communication was poor, and staff rarely responded properly. To make matters worse, they entered my flat with their management key for a viewing without my consent. Completely unprofessional and a serious breach of trust. I would not recommend Foxtons to anyone.
28th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)Extremely disappointed with how Chestertons handled our tenancy offer.<br><br>After our offer had been agreed by both Chestertons and the landlord, we paid the holding deposit and began the background checks. While those checks were still in progress, we were suddenly told that the landlord had decided to proceed with a different offer submitted through another agency.<br><br>We found the process poorly managed, lacking transparency, and highly unprofessional, particularly given the stage we had reached.- 23rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Mark was an amazing agent, helped me find a great place quickly with ease!

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!
21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Foxtons Maida Vale has problems with rental department. They underpaid rent due to me by withholding extra commissions then agreed. Paid me less by over £1500, even we have written agreement. Around 2 months I am chasing them, i wrote everyone: negotiator, head of Maida Vale department, head of the area and general Foxtons compliance. They simply were not responding and not acknowledging my complaint. Total breach of Foxtons own complaint process. Finally after 2 months I got refund. They could’ve been more officiant. I gave them 1 star eventually, but corrected it now as they finally put the things right

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

We couldn’t recommend Sevi more highly - she genuinely cares, understands how to position a property, and delivers results.- 24th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist and the manager at the Foxtons Pimlico branch.<br><br>Today was the day I returned the keys to my flat. My tenancy officially ends on 26 July, but I was asked to return the keys two days early because the landlord wanted to paint the property on 25 July. I cooperated, even though my tenancy had not yet ended.<br><br>When I asked the receptionist how I would receive my deposit back, she gave me a cold and dismissive response, simply saying that the landlord would sort it out. She made no effort to explain the process, and her attitude and facial expression were incredibly rude and unprofessional.<br><br>The property manager was no better. When I asked about the electricity bill, the response I received was equally rude and dismissive. I felt like I was being treated as if I was an inconvenience rather than a tenant who was simply asking reasonable questions.<br><br>What makes this even more frustrating is the landlord’s behaviour throughout my tenancy. The paint on the bedroom wall had been peeling badly, but despite repeated requests, the landlord refused to repair it and always made excuses. However, now that they need to find a new tenant, they suddenly want to repaint the flat before my tenancy has even officially ended.<br><br>I genuinely don’t understand this situation, and the entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional.
- 13th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Purchased a property from Rory and Euan. It was an overall great experience, with really strong communication and friendly service from both. Euan showed us the flat and was very proactive in reaching out, as well as more than happy to accommodate any requests such as viewing multiple times. Rory facilitated the sale and he was truly superb, I will definitely be using him again when I next buy or sell. He was clear and quick at every step, following up with all parties without delay, and very accommodating and understanding about our situation. He went above and beyond to ensure our timeline was met, and it really was a huge weight off our shoulders knowing our realtor was proactive, knowledgeable, and very importantly, responsive. This was a very positive experience for us and I have no hesitation in recommending Rory if you are looking to buy or sell. Thanks very much to Rory and Euan for all their help.
