I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

Their communication was excellent, and they supported me every step of the way while navigating my first home purchase. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Everything went smoothly, and we always felt that we were kept informed and supported throughout the process.<br><br>Special thanks to Paula, who was absolutely brilliant. She was so kind, approachable and easy to communicate with, and was always happy to help whenever we had a question or needed anything. Great communication and easy to get hold of when needed, keeping me updated at every stage and making sure everything was in place for the move in. Her friendly and approachable manner really stood out to us. Would highly recommend!

15th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I used to have some past experiences that weren't great but with the most recent team at sharman quinney, I have been looked after a lot better. Although I had to pull out of the sale of my property, Maria and Spencer definitely went above and beyond to answer my questions and sort anything that I didn't understand , which was a lot. I always felt welcome when I went into the branch, offered an instant sit down chat and a coffee. Hopefully I'll be in a better position in the future to complete a property through the Great Shelford branch.

This was my first ever purchase of a property, so i was new to the whole process, but my estate agent maid the process feel easy and not so daunting. If ever i had any questions he was always on call to answer and reassure me.I felt he handled it professionally and worked quickly to get to the completion of the sale. In conclusion, i was very happy with them as my estate agent and would definitely recommend to anyone as they provided an excellent service.

2nd Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor communication. Had to chase repeatedly to find out what was happening. Paid for the premium package and had hosted viewings all contracted out to an agency. Different agent almost every time turning up minutes before the viewer. No knowledge of the property and poor follow ups for feedback. After 3 months without a sale went to another agent and sold within a week. Definitely do NOT recommend Purplebricks, they take your money then have no incentive to make sure you get a sale. Avoid and pay the extra money for a proper estate agent rather than pay twice like we did.
