Anything that she thinks we might like, she sends over for me to check out! Her communication has been superb and I would highly recommend the Dereham Lettings team to anybody looking in the area!
20th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
2nd Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)We purchased our new home through this agent and everything was handled fantastically. Eleanor and Richard were extremely diligent and attentive. Where answers were needed they were able to investigate and relay the necessary information. Our purchase was initiated long before the April '25 stamp duty rise but we were getting close, however with the agents support our concerns were eased and everything went to plan. Thanks a million guys. Matt & Natalie- 14th Jan 2025 (18 weeks ago)I’m an estate agent in Leicester, and William H Brown were part of the upper chain we were working on together. The process was managed brilliantly, especially by Courtney Robinson. While there were inevitable challenges, they were approached professionally and persistently until we achieved a successful outcome. Even when Courtney was unavailable, other members of the team ensured seamless communication. Courtney and her wider team are a true credit to the estate agency industry!
4th Feb 2025 (15 weeks ago)I have to say that I have been very disappointed with your service for the following reason: We could have completed on February 14th (as our buyer desperately wanted) but because your agent continuously told the buyer it would be impossible to complete the conveyancing by then (and perhaps even lucky to do so in March even), it scared them into extending their rental lease for a further month and thus delaying completion until March. I was told the same by your agent but our solicitors said it might be possible and it has proven that it was. I was not updated at all by your staff over the progress with the sale. I was the one doing all of the chasing and updating you. On one occasion I went into your shop to specifically ask you to contact our buyer to see if he was happy with the completion date proposed and to exchange. Your member of staff scribbled a note on an already full scrap of paper and then clearly forgot as nothing happened and so I contacted the buyer myself. I informed you when we were going to exchange and complete and when we had exchanged. The only positive experience was Emma, who was good at what she did. Thanks Lucy, but I did complain and asked that you might consider knocking a bit of the bill as a goodwill gesture. I got a defensive reply and asked to fill out a form! Its what I expected would happen as opposed to you acknowledging the poor service and offering a goodwill gesture of a small reduction.
1st Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)We've moved house twice in just over 3 years and on both occasions Arnolds Keys offered their assistance and advice at every step of the way. With Clive and his team, it genuinely never seemed about just selling us a house but about finding the right home for our family. We really can't recommend Arnolds Keys highly enough and we wouldn't buy or sell locally with anybody else.

1st Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Watsons were very patient with us in the early stages when we were thnking of selling. They came twice to give us advice on what needed prioritising to make house ssle worthy. We then had a difficult time (not Watsons fault). The house we wanted came off the market, but we eventually found something else. Our house sale was delayed because of poor solicitors lower in chain. At all stages Watsons were friendly and helpful. Also it didn't matter if one agent was away, someone else would always get back to you. As I say the actual move was very stressful because of other parties. Watsons allowed me to rant and vent. They responded in a professional manner to me. If we moved again, we would use them. They might not be the cheapest but they care about the sale etc I think that about covers it.
23rd Apr 2025 (26 days ago)Sold a property with Arnold Keys and it was a thoroughly professional service from start to finish. All my queries were dealt with immediately and I always felt like my sale was important to them (despite it almost certainly being the lowest value property on their books). Special mention to Fleur who was instrumental in us reaching the point of exchange and completion, I really don't think it would have happened (and certainly not as quickly) without her continued pressing. Would definitely use Arnold Keys again, 100%

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

They have been wonderful and worked incredibly hard to secure our purchase. They provided regular updates and kept us aware of any developments. They were always on hand and it was a pleasure dealing with them. We would highly recommend them.
11th May 2025 (8 days ago)Their sales pitch to us about the service they would give was untrue, what they would do to promote our property was untrue, total lack of activity, their description of our property was totally lack lustre so we had to rewrite it highlight the features, photos had to be retaken, no feedback unless we asked for it, no suggestions on how to improve potential buyer interest, NO VIEWINGS during the whole contract period.

My old home was definitely sold, not just marketed, and I love that the new owners are looking forward to making new memories in it.
