Unlike other agents we've encountered, he was never evasive—he gave us straight answers, answered every query promptly, and worked tirelessly to make sure the purchase went smoothly. Andrew was also great whenever we spoke with him, providing fantastic additional support and keeping everything on track.<br><br>Thanks in huge part to James's exceptional service and care, we successfully completed our purchase and happily moved into our new home last week! 11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Ours was a sale in a long chain, with many twists and turns. What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons. Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates. The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain. Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events. Thank you all for getting us through the sale and another special mention to Darcy for being so thoughtful.

16th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)They say that if you own a dog then don't bark yourself. I needed to downsize quickly and instructed Simon Harrison of Harrison Edge to undertake the sale. He guided me through the process and logic of pricing the property and it was under offer within a month which quicky resulted in the sale. I cannot thank Simon enough as I was then able to purchase my chosen next property.

He was always happy to answer any questions and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.<br>Jason was approachable, responsive and clearly very experienced in his field. I felt I could rely on him and that he genuinely cared about providing a good service.<br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and genuinely helpful estate agent.
