He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

Yasser is professional, very persistent and communicated all information, and gave me the confidence that he would handle the buyers and negotiate on our behalf. Steve Dixon helped with day to day queries and kept me informed at every stage. Steve was always courteous, and communicated well. I have been in the property business from 1988, but Adam Hayes - Yasser & Steve, have been the best estate agents i have dealt with. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.
