We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. 2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My communication with Winkworth was on and off. During that intermittent interaction with one of their agent, he sounded professional and very eager to assist with the selling. Overall Winkworth tried their best to sell my property but unfortunately was unsuccessful.

He connects so well that I found it more easier to describe what type of flat I was looking for myself and son. His communication skills and deep knowledge about his job is for me unquestionable.<br><br>I will always go back to him if a suitable flat is posted on Hamptons Estate website because I know I will meet someone who can help me make the best decision.

Instead, he was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us achieve the best outcome. He was incredibly prompt in responding to calls, messages, and queries, and handled every stage of the sale with great care, diplomacy, and attention to detail.<br><br>What could have been a stressful process was made smooth and straightforward thanks to Raj's expertise and calm approach. He kept us informed throughout and always acted in our best interests.<br><br>If you're selling a property in the Finchley area, I would strongly recommend speaking to Raj before anyone else. I was guided from start to finish by the helpful team, who were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The advice and guidance given helped navigate through what are tricky times on the housing market: the guidance on how best to market my house proved effective and I quickly had a good offer. With ongoing help from the Chas Lowe team, I felt confident and supported. The sale is now completed with no 'hiccups' and I am really glad I used their services.

We encountered so much dishonesty, insulting/rude behaviour and general pitfalls and grey areas that would never happen with any company of even modest repute. AVOID at all costs.
