A special mention has to go to Kim, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She kept me informed every step of the way, was always quick to respond, had a clear strategy and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Overall, a brilliant service and a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and effective estate agent.

18th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)PRG were down to earth and honest from the start. They took all the hassle away from me once I gave them all the details. They kept me up to date with progress and made the whole experience easy. They also had a solicitor on site which again meant I could easily have them deal with the full sale without me having to shop around and deal with separate people. A full and easy seamless transaction dealt with for me easily. I would definitely recommend them.

I'd initially enquired about selling with a bigger chain estate agent who couldn't have been less interested and kept failing to return my calls. GetAgent had great reviews for Bellus Property so I turned to them and have had a great experience. Joe has been easy to get in touch with and really proactive about making the sale move along as quickly as possible.

Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. They made a group chat so I was able to keep in touch with them and nothing was ever a bother to them. They answered any questions I had in the first instance. I don’t think I would have got through this process without them and I wouldn’t highly recommend and would use this service again. Thanks again guys x
