He’s always been really helpful and made sure we received all the regular services we were meant to such as boilers services.<br><br>The couple of times we had a minor issue he was quick to sort it out and always checked in to make sure this was resolved. He is really easy to deal with and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a great estate agent!

I am very grateful for the work she has done to help me get to where I am now with the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgable state agent.

13th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Rettie were by far the most unhelpful agents possible. I had an issue with the radiator which I kept asking them about and they refused to help for over 3 weeks in the depths of winter! I had to buy a heated blanket. Then there was a gas issue which they never told us about which we had to get sorted ourselves. Finally, upon leaving the property, Rettie decided to claim there was a stain on the bed underside and deducted a huge amount of deposit even though the stain was there originally. I would never ever use Rettie again!

They have looked after everything including the marketing and letting to tenants, dealing with care and maintenance and with ensuring compliance with all necessary safety standards and certification, all being done with thorough efficiency. And with care for our tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Cairn to owners and to prospective tenants. Thank you Cairn; here's to many more years.

3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)This company’s signage is literally a red flag.<br><br>Take note - and if you know what’s good for you - run.<br><br>If you’re a prospective tenant, don’t just take my advice… read the pages and pages of reviews of this company from other people who have been put through hell by these people.<br><br>Junior lettings staff - who was given the responsibility by her management when she was 5 minutes in the door with zero experience to remotely manage a full electrical rewire of the flat I was due to move into, at the tail end of Covid. The electrics were malfunctioning, the walls were destroyed, the carpets were destroyed and every other general maintenance issue that was supposed to be taken care of before I moved in, she failed on. Then she went of a campaign of emotional manipulation in an attempt to wear me out when I was trying to have her take responsibility, admit fault and fix the damage. She didn’t admit fault. She didn’t apologise. She didn’t fix anything.<br><br>I fixed everything myself - walls, floors, kitchen units, fireplace. I spent thousands of pounds doing so.<br><br>I should also add that the flat was on the market with no valid electric safety certificate and only after it was advertised, had people view, and a deposit paid and a let agreed did this junior notice that the EICR certificate (and others) had expired.<br><br>Not only was there no proper due diligence on my move in, there was no proper due diligence when the previous tenants moved out.<br><br>Sloppy, at best.<br><br>Director of Property Management-. This vile excuse for a woman took no responsibility, never apologised, never picked up the phone, never fixed anything and threatened my tenancy.<br><br>head of customer service - this vile excuse for a man - never picked up the phone, mishandled my formal complaint, took absolutely no responsibility for the problems they had created, admitted no fault, harassed me in the process, never resolved anything, and gave me no option but to seek compensation via a tribunal.<br><br>The case had so many items to be heard that it took 3 hearing, over 2 years.<br><br>As soon as the case was over, DJ Alexander sent me a notice to leave - citing that the landlord wanted to move a family member in.<br><br>This was a lie. The flat was back on the market less than 4 weeks after I moved out, with one of their red flags in the front garden.<br><br>For those who have read this far - also take note that they have a boiler plate response on negative google reviews suggesting that we reach out to customer service with our complaints - trying to look like they care.<br><br>4 years of my life absolutely ruined by people who’s egos will not allow them so just say, sorry - I was wrong - let’s fix things.

Our house was on the market for just four days and sold on the very first day of viewings, before close of business. The team kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, with the office staff always on hand to provide updates and answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble. The level of professionalism, communication and efficiency was exceptional. We couldn’t recommend the Corum Hyndland Road branch highly enough. George & Ryan xx

They helped get a sale price beyond what I expected. Stuart and Alan are brilliant. Couldn’t recommend highly enough - there’s no other choice!
16th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Had the privilege of working with Scott who helped me greatly in setting my property up initially as I purchased it on auction and so it was quite dilapidated and he helped in organising the refurbishment and brining it up to compliance. Further down the line I also had the privilege of working with Alex who helped me a great deal with giving me a fair and honest assessment of so many properties and the areas, and gave me very sound sincere advise on which to go for and which not to. He did a good analysis on rental projections. Overall it has been wonderful working with Zone Lettings as a whole.

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

No question was ever too silly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was supportive throughout, kept me informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about making the whole experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another client, and there was none of the pompous attitude you can sometimes encounter. Responsive, communicative and incredibly helpful. Coming from another country I had a lot of questions that were probably stupid but she was friendly and patient about all of them. Top marks from me.
