Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

He was efficient, flexible with what worked for our home life/ work schedule and a very stress free selling process and sold our home within one day of viewings - highly recommend.- 2nd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)We had a good viewing experience with Karen and communication with Helen was brilliant - very helpful and responsive with an issue we had after offer accepted. Communication with Sam was good, however we did have a negative experience with her early on where she spoke to my other half and our mortgage advisor very rudely because we chose to move our survey to a different day. Exchange and completion went smoothly and overall I would recommend Perry Bishop Tetbury to others.
