Had no idea what he was doing, had to do the complete advert myself, terrible pictures, incorrect basic information, agent just disappeared for weeks when trying to get the house listed and then it was listed without my consent with incorrect information presented. Made a formal complaint and waited 8 weeks for a response. They only responded after threatening with ombudsman. Don’t do it!
