Cannot say much about KFH has we did not end up renting with them but I need to give a 5 stars review to Dorota Trybala the agent that has assisted my partner and I in our flat hunting: she has been extremely kind, professional, punctual and flexible to accommodate our requests. Compared to the competitors she is absolutely spot on in terms of skills and attitude. It has been a real pleasure to deal with her and because of this experience we will go back to KFH if we might need to look for another flat in the future. Great professional.

Incredibly incompetent and immoral
They lied to us about what was included in the house.
They lied to use about terms in the contract
It took them over a month to give us our parking space that we were paying for
They're are incredibly rude and hung up on me a few times when trying to resolve issues
It took them an unreasonable amount of time to return our deposit
They are entirely unhelpful
They refuse to give references unless you paid them £42
At the end of the tenancy they book loads of appointments to show prospective new tenants around but often cancel and do not tell you
They are not very nice people to deal with
Acting as an executor I was looking to find a professional, knowledgeable
and easy going estate agent to help sell my Aunt's flat in Wimbledon.
Jennifer,Oliver and their team have been superb quickly securing a
proceedable buyer then continually progressing the sale through to
An excellent, warm and friendly service from Rosie Mills, who made the initial moving in process incredibly smooth. Unfortunately KFH failed to do basic checks on behalf of the landlord (a service that he'd specifically paid for) before we moved in and consequently we were left without a boiler for a week during one of the coldest periods in February and an oven for over 8 weeks. There was no sense of urgency or initiative in resolving either issue and ourselves and the landlord found the whole process incredibly frustrating.
We were shown a selection of flats by Jeya, from the Streatham office. Jeya was very courteous and friendly, and had prepared viewings at places that suited our needs. We've just secured one of the flats she showed us, and she's been prompt and efficient in getting that sorted out for us. Definitely recommended!
Made an offer on a 1 bed flat on Streatham High Road with Ermal. I am still waiting for a response. Called multiple times and was promised a call back from Max or Chris (Manager) still nothing. Found out flat had been let by visiting Townsend's website. Ermal seemed completely disinterested the entire time showing us round.
I made the mistake of trying both an online agent and another local agent to sell my property, neither came anywhere near Marsh & Parsons in Tooting who did exactly what they said they would. Frequent viewings were generated from across their local branches, I received weekly updates, John-Paul and his team were efficient, professional, supportive and helpful from the start right through to completion. I cannot rate them highly enough and only wish I had gone with them in the first place.
Unfortunately there is no option to select 0 out of 5 stars for this review, so to reflect the appallingly distasteful experience i have had to select 1 out of 5 stars.
In effort to avoid posting an entire essay, I shall cut the long story short: Prospective tenant, put in an offer on a property which was subsequently accepted and went to contracts and referencing. Landlord pulled out of the deal during referencing (tenancy at this point was signed). Marsh and Parsons took the decision to retain 270.00 as an ‘administrative fee’ despite all documents I signed being peppered with “I also understand that should I withdraw from an accepted offer the administration fee of £225 plus VAT is non-refundable” – I would like to highlight again, that the Landlord pulled out of the offer.
It is a massive shame that an Estate agency with such a large presence in London would conduct business in such an unethical manner, essentially trying to pull a fast one and keep money that they are not legally obliged to keep.
Safe to say I will never deal with M&P again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Unfortunately it looks like I will have to progress with legal proceedings.
