She was responsive and available, let me visit the house multiple times and was always on hand to answer questions which meant that things kept moving and the process felt smooth throughout. She was also really warm and friendly, which just made the whole thing a lot easier. After a lengthy sales process with another estate agent, we moved our listing to KF H and had almost immediate success. The team were relentless in ensuring that our sale and our onward purchase aligned and that everything worked out. Their communication and attentiveness was stellar and they made us feel reassured and in the know for the entire process. George Relton in particular was amazing. He kept us informed and had tough conversations on our behalf that really made the difference. Thanks George and the entire team!

9th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a viewing arranged for today and after 10 minutes waiting at the property I decided to call the agency, I was told to give them a moment to call me back, after couple of minutes one of the agents told me the property was not available anymore and they just forgot to cancel the viewing or to mention it in advance. Very unprofessional.
5th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)**AVOID** Absolutely shocking! This company is not professional at all. We went into look at a potential property to rent and was met by a very pleasant staff member. We book a viewing for a couple of days time and were met by a older man who was late! When asking about the property we were given SHORT SHARP answers and were made to feel like we had put him out by asking to view the place. The whole experience was RUSHED!!! If I could give 0 star I would! * AVOID! *
24th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.
25th Jan 2026 (21 weeks ago)The most unprofessional Estate agents ever. My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details,had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.

Matthew made the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free, guiding me step by step and offering support from start to finish. The communication was excellent throughout, which made everything so much easier. Lina and Helen were also lovely to deal with—always more than happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Overall, everyone I interacted with was kind and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent in South West London
