The owners and staff are genuinely approachable, respectful, and committed to providing an excellent service to their clients. Communication is always clear, and they maintain high standards in everything they do. It’s refreshing to work alongside a business that values both its customers and the people they work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent!

He consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed efficiently, helping to reduce what can often be a stressful experience. His friendly manner and attention to detail made a real difference. The Reeds Rains team were also a pleasure to deal with, but Lewis’s support and commitment truly set him apart. 1st Jun 2026 (26 days ago)??????Formerly Greenwood James and now under the Harrisons banner, the name may not be the same but the service certainly is.., and this is the reason we have been putting the new acquisitions for the portfolio with them for a few years now...?????????????????? Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????
12th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using this company if you’re looking to rent a commercial property. In my experience, I was treated poorly and felt that they took advantage of my situation. They added unnecessary fees when I tried to end the lease, and although they were marketing the property, they never actually showed it to potential tenants—it was essentially me who had to find someone to take over the lease. This agency seems focused on adding fees rather than providing support. My advice: if possible, try to rent directly from a landlord instead. They also are involved in botch repairs and then when they fail, the agency tell you that you are now 100% liable to have the botched repairs, repaired properly. Please seriously look into other ways of renting.

Chelsea, at Miller metcalfe tyldesley dealt with the sale, I found Chelsea to be professional but also very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful if I got stuck with anything. She kept me informed with messages and phone calls as to the progress, and went above and beyond chasing things up. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided.

We bought our first home here, and the staff were so friendly and kept us informed of even the smallest changes or progression. They were always available for calls, questions, and responded to emails quickly. Thanks to them, the whole process went so smoothly. Can’t thank them enough! I’d highly recommend them. Sharon and Vicky have been so lovely, and the experience has genuinely felt so personalised, even though they deal with lots of other people. Thank you everyone!
