Was really helpful to be able to speak to any member of the team who could always answer my questions . Always explained everything in detail . Would highly recommend Abode if need an estate agent .

2nd Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)As a nurse of 18 years, I had a stroke, I received full UC and PIP and also a private pension which leaves me with a better income than when I was a nurse, my next review is in 2029. All of this was included in the application enquiry form. I’ve have 10 years of private renting with no issues with rent or missed payments with tax etc I’ve passed all my housing inspections and can provide references from my last 2 landlords. I was told that there were no viewing slots available. So a few hours later using a different name I telephoned and surprisingly there are slots available! People should know that this company discriminates again disabled people. ( before anyone says they worried if my benefits are stopped! If they are stopped that means I am able to go back to the job I love serving people in our community).

28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)David Davies successfully sold my house within 3 weeks! Ben came and valued, agreed next steps, took fantastic photos, including with a drone. When viewings came in and we were on holiday, they showed the clients round on our behalf. When offers came in, Georgia successfully negotiated a higher cost for my house. Their app to track the viewings and offers was also great! I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. thanks for everything

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)I will never try and buy a house advertised by this estate agent ever again. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. 4 months of being messed about and we still can’t get a moving date, so we’ve walked away. Absolutely massive waste of time.<br><br>Excuses include (and I have email screenshots ready if they reply to this review trying to deny it):<br><br>- We don’t want to chase the seller’s solicitor because they get grumpy when we do that – well I’m sorry but I need you to put your big girl pants on and deal with it like a professional.<br><br>- The vendor is rubbish at admin – yes that was actually an excuse - quite happy to throw their own clients under the bus.<br><br>Amongst so many other pathetic excuses. It was never their fault, always somebody else’s. Do not waste your time with this company.

Chelsea, at Miller metcalfe tyldesley dealt with the sale, I found Chelsea to be professional but also very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful if I got stuck with anything. She kept me informed with messages and phone calls as to the progress, and went above and beyond chasing things up. Overall, extremely happy with the service provided.

We bought our first home here, and the staff were so friendly and kept us informed of even the smallest changes or progression. They were always available for calls, questions, and responded to emails quickly. Thanks to them, the whole process went so smoothly. Can’t thank them enough! I’d highly recommend them. We were given lots of advice and support when we were ready to advertise our property and the photos gave the best representation of our home. We went live on boxing day and after one day of viewing we had an over the asking price offer. Everything has run seamlessly and without issue.
