17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I would absolutely recommend this agent.<br><br>We have previously sold a property with them and have recently bought a new one from them - on both occasions we have had great experiences.<br><br>Good communication, reliability and efficiency throughout - even though we were the buyers, not the clients, in the last transaction.<br><br>Jane is just fabulous - if she says she will do something, she won’t let you down, and will go above and beyond to make sure you know whats happening, chasing and seeking clarity. This is everything I’d want from an agent which unfortunately, most say they will do, but don’t then deliver.<br><br>Regal park definitely deliver and look after their sellers and buyers properly.<br><br>Thank you all (Jane in particular) for making the most recent transaction much easier than it could have been for our family!

Chris, Stuart and the team were amazing - always returned calls and did what they said they would do. Excellent marketing pack and photos were the best. They sold our home on the 2nd viewing and the whole process was stress free. It is such a great benefit that they have a local office where you can pop in and have a chat if you have any queries - thoroughly recommend Pennells to help with your next move !
9th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Woodcock Holmes enough. Right from the first enquiry they responded quickly and came to view my property within a couple of days. Rob (Manager) talked me through his recommended asking price and the reasons for it, showed his local knowledge and wasn’t the least bit pushy. Adrian (Manager) has been great too with polite, non pushy calls and email communication. They found me a buyer within two weeks of listing with them.
20th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Would give zero stars if I could. Shocking way to conduct business. Messed around with property number 1. Then got told that there would be another one that suited us. Called to find out more then we were told it had one less bedroom than we required. Chased for updates and got nothing. Was promised a phone call back in ‘ten minutes’. Heard nothing so chased again and then got told there was no one to speak to. Insisted that someone call me the next day and was promised they would. 2 weeks later and still I’m yet to hear anything. They could have my dream home and I still wouldn’t entertain them. Extremely rude on the phone and clearly a shambles
31st Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale.

Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.

Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Hannah and Glenn made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Whenever I called with questions or needed an update, they were always approachable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to help. 5th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)My personal experience with Symonds and Greenaway has not been positive mostly due to them protecting rouge landlords. Who do not maintain there properties and can no longer practise their tactics so they hide behind estate agents, this is what I personally experienced with Symonds and Greenaway, months of them protecting rouge landlords. So if you are a future tenant, take great care. If you are a decent landlord, then be careful who you connect yourself with , if you are a rouge, landlord, you are found a perfect match, Symonds and Greenaway will protect you fully.
