9th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I couldn’t recommend Swift agents more. The team went above and beyond for me. Tina put me at ease as soon as I met her and Elisha’s attention to detail in photos were amazing. The whole team was so supportive. My house sold within days and they kept me well informed through the whole process. On the day I moved out they even brought me a ring doorbell tool because I had packed mine. If you are thinking of selling your house you can trust swift :)
24th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Hello,first of all they didnt sell our house,we showed a few buyers around as C&W dont dont seem to do this on a weekend,the feedback we got from the potenial buyers is that C&W where difficult to get hold of (covid didnt help)for viewings.A few of them didnt know various particulars about the house which C&W should of told them.

12th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Admittedly it’s been 18 months since I dealt with Carl at Sbc ,he has a lazy attitude not interested happy to charge me £600 for an advert and rubbish online photos and then pretty much did nothing to try and sell my business I did all the work and still never sold it or got a result waste of money waste of time , like I said it’s been 18 months but I feel I’m still entitled to leave a review. I would never ever recommend them ever to any Buisness , at that time I had an apology email from Carl but I’m sorry it wasn’t enough, my Buisness went stagment online and I lost a fortune , £600 down the drain , take your money then they run .

21st Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Enthusiastic agent. The photographer was thorough. Photographs were excellent. The person doing the house plan did a great job. Listings on several portals resulted in an acceptable offer in less than two weeks. The firm Cornish Bricks suggested to do the conveyancing have been spot on with keeping us informed about progress with the sale.
