Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.

Everyone at Sellicks was extremely helpful, especially Anne and Sam who did everything needed and more to get the sale over the line. Can't praise highly enough. Very thorough, very professional.
