After seeing several valuers from various Estate Agents, Frank Innes seemed to offer the most competitive price. As soon as the business terms was agreed, the whole process from arranging the marketing of the property and viewing appointments was carried out. I was provided with professional and efficient service from the team at Halford Street, a special thanks to Adrian Gomez and Gemma on completing the property transaction. A positive experience.
Absolutely garbage, they are more than happy to harass tenants and refuse to perform even the most basic duties of an agency. They even seem to not understand the tenancy agreements that they produce. The staff are often incompetent and obviously only care about the interests of their landlords and not for the tenant. Looking at the positive reviews I can see they are (mostly) from Landlords whilst all the negative ones are from tenants, this should give you a good understanding of this company's priorities. I would avoid this agency like the plague.
Great experience using your move when I purchased my first home, Evie, Jordan and the team were excellent and kept me up to date and informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend using them!
After recently moving house it was great to have the stress and worry eased with the help of your staff, in particular Maddy Jackson-Tams. She helped us at every step and we are really happy with the work she put in to make our lives easier
I use Frank Innes office in Coalville to let my rental properties. They have a very professional approach, with great local knowledge of the business. To date the properties have been quickly let and they have ensured we have had great tenants. I would highly recommend them
If you are thinking of selling your house. With these then Don’t.
You will get promised the earth and treated like an insignificant number. I am genuinely shocked at what 1 sales person there passes off as Sales. You are not spoken to but spoken at whilst not listening to you the client. A remarkable talent in itself. Holds minimal feedback with you and when you request a call back you receive an e mail instead. On 1 occasion sent to my wife addressed Dear Sir.
Attention to detail is poor and what she means by ‘ Marketing Tactic ‘ is reducing the price of your house. For me this is the only way she knows how to sell a house and that’s to keep reducing the price. I don’t believe she genuinely cares about the fact it’s your largest asset. She just wants to sell it cheap and get her commission.
They arranged 3 viewings over a 7 week period. She admitted she was trying to get a woman to view that 20k short of the asking price. Just proved to me she was trying to push anyone through.
I was asked to lower the value of the property by 11k for a weekend to entice people in. I refused to do it as told her didn’t feel it was ethical trying to con people that the house was cheaper than it was.
After finally seeing enough and decide to pull the house off the market all together. I recieve an e mail saying should I put the house back on and 1 of there 3 viewers come to buy. They will put there fee in to be paid. Absolute joke.
Please note most of the ratings that hold them up high are for the Mortgage Advisor not the Sales
