Lack of empathy and an inability to put themselves in the customers shoes. Excellent at patronising though. Avoid when buying or selling.

12th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)The local branch director was remote and almost impossible to contact. The sales girls were hopeless. For example, they got the name of one prospective byer wrong three times in emails, they arranged unaccompanied viewings without consulting us despite being told to email rather than phone for early morning rather than afternoon as specified by us and without checking the potential byers actual ability to make the purchase. When we had had enough of this pantomime I finally managed to speak to the director, although I had specified the communication should be by email, and reiterated our concerns with their service thus far to which he responded: "What do you want me to do" so I told him in no uncertain terms what I would like him to do.
