As we had never moved home before we felt we were complete novices and to feel like nothing was too much trouble made all the difference. Thank you for helping us through what could be a daunting experience... And also for finding us our new home which feels like 'it's meant to be'
8th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)The support of the estate agent was the most important part of this sale transaction for me, because I was selling the property as Executor for my father's estate, and I live overseas. Therefore I needed a trustworthy, professional, diligent estate agent, with reliable swift communications and effective marketing skills. Haart in Dereham fulfilled all of these requirements admirably, and I was delighted with a smooth and successful transactional outcome. In particular, I must mention Elton the Manager for his enthusiastic attention to the initial listing and creative photography skills which showed the property in excellent graphic detail. And also Roxy the sales administrator, who was always on hand to coordinate between myself, the buyers and the conveyancers. Her friendly, polite and efficient support was priceless! Overall, I unconditionally reccomend the Haart Dereham team for anyone who is selling or buying a house in their area!

20th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I enquired about a rental property and I was told that I wasn’t going to be a suitable tenant based on my age and because I have children. I note that both of these factors are directly or indirectly to protected characteristics and this represents discrimination in breach of Pointens’ obligations under the Equality Act 2010. Further I note that this conduct in relation of tenant screening is due to become directly unlawful under the new laws coming into force on 1st May 2026, so for tenancies starting on or after 1st May which the one I enquired about likely would, this is questionably unlawful now.

Although it was a rather protracted process to secure the purchase (due to some land based classification issues) the team were great at keeping us informed and helping us to resolve any issues as they arose. Its fair to say they went above and beyond. A real pleasure to do business with

With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

23rd Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have used Mills Knight for a number of years and always found that this family run estate and letting agency provide an excellent service. Directors Julie and Neil and their professional staff are available and hands-on, sourcing reliable tenants for my rental properties and managing them, for probate valuation, and more recently helping to guide the sale of my north Norwich rental flat to a satisfactory conclusion in a subdued market. The firm are well-known and respected locally, having operated from their Bank Plain office for 60 years, and I shall certainly continue to entrust them with my property affairs, as they consistently give sound advice on rental levels and realistic sale prices. They always pay attention to the detail. Keep up the good work!

She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

They couldn't have been more helpful and whatever was happening, (we all know there can be hiccups along the way buying a house) nothing phased them, a fabulous team in a very friendly office. Highly recommeded.

But I still feel I have to comment on how professional all the team were that helped us they couldnt have been more supportive. Rebecca Jade Stuart and Connor were always on hand to answer any questions about any queries we had I would highly recommend them as Estate Agents and there professionalism.
22nd Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!
