They were absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of my property.<br><br>From start to finish they kept me updated, were always easy to get hold of, and made what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Towards the end of the sale, when things became particularly pressured, they were in constant contact, reassuring me and keeping everything moving forward.<br><br>Karl and Rachel are both genuinely lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful. Their professionalism, communication and support made such a difference, and I always felt that my sale was in safe hands.<br><br>Thank you both for all your hard work – I truly appreciate everything you did to help get my move over the finish line.

11th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We did not feel as if we received a friendly, professional experience. Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.

23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

19th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Storeys met their claims of a quality service, pricing and following through the sales process. Marketing was superb attracting over 26 viewings and many offers.We got feeling that they were a close team from Ian's first visit through each team member to exchange. The property was unusual insofar that it had been in the family for over 100 years and was yet to be on the land registry. It was explained clearly to potential buyers by the team, presented no issues and resulted in quick offers. Storeys are not cheap but showed they can set the value correctly, market, sell quickly and keep on top of conveyancing surpassing poor service seen from a competitor. Dont just go for low fees its service that matters.

She has consistently been professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Any time I have needed assistance or had questions, she has responded with kindness, patience, and genuine care. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who listens and takes the time to help properly. Overall, she has made the experience of renting much easier and less stressful than it can often be. I would highly recommend her services to any future tenants or landlords. A real credit to her profession.

Going through and divorce and moving out of the family home was a pressure, however Tresa manage this situation with compassion. Nothing was to much and she kept me informed of the sellers updates. Highly recommend from a buyers perspective.

We experienced several issues with our solicitors, which made the sale far more stressful than it needed to be. Amir and Charlotte were always on hand to chase things up, keep us informed, and offer reassurance whenever we needed it. Their dedication, persistence, and willingness to step in and help made a huge difference and kept everything moving forward.<br><br>Their communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. 13th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)I was extremely disappointed with the service I received throughout the sale of my property. One of my biggest concerns was that the buyer's position was not properly checked at the outset. It later became apparent that there was an additional property chain that had not been identified, which caused significant delays to the sale. As a direct result of these delays, I incurred additional costs that could potentially have been avoided with more thorough due diligence. I also found the agency to be reactive rather than proactive. There appeared to be very little effort made to actively market my property or seek out additional potential buyers, even when the sale encountered difficulties. Communication was limited, and I often felt that I was the one chasing updates rather than being kept informed. Overall, I felt that the agency did the bare minimum required to progress the sale. I expected professional guidance, proactive management of the sales process, and proper vetting of buyers, but unfortunately my experience fell well short of those expectations. I cannot recommend this estate agent based on my experience.

The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!
