I have used them for both purchase and letting my portfolio. Kevin, Yvonne, Charles and Emmie have been great in getting my shops and flats let promptly. Communication and update at every stage has been outstanding throughout the process. I would definately recommend the firm!!
11th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling experience with Tom Giles & Co regarding my viewing at 50 Bristnall Hall Road, Oldbury.<br><br>We agreed a specific appointment time in advance, but a staff member later called to change it completely. Worse still, she mistakenly shared another person’s personal details with me a serious breach of data protection and confidentiality.<br><br>She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and had no basic manners. When I tried to discuss all these mistakes, she hung up on me mid-conversation.<br><br>Chaotic, unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful. They cannot manage appointments or protect personal information. I will never use them again and strongly advise everyone to stay well away.

Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!

My experiences have all been positive, and I'd particularly like to praise Shannon and Taylor for their promptness in dealing with any queries I had and for their professionalism and friendliness throughout the selling process. I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.
