4th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Disappointing. Don’t go with that. They will not return a single penny of deposit. They told us that we will get our deposit after deduction within 2 weeks. After 1 month calling again and again we got an email that they will not return our deposit. So cheap.Very bad experience.
22nd May 2026 (29 days ago)We use the Grove to sell our property in cradley heath. Dean Grove came out to give us a valuation and tell us about their services, he was helpful and knowledgable and all round a great guy. They were efficient with organising viewings and sold our property within a week for full asking price. The team in halesowen have been wonderful and i could not recommend them enough!
15th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)There was very little communication over a long period after phoning them again and again,despite no viewings taking place. The agent repeatedly asked me to reduce the price, claiming that a previous viewer had said the property was overpriced. However, there had actually been no viewings at all, meaning this feedback could not have been genuine. It felt as though advice was being given to me without any real knowledge or evidence about the property’s market interest.
15th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Having to edit this review due to massive negligence from Dixons..., as a tenant of a property they let to me, they rushed me and my family in without telling us that the property was still for sale, not one word was said but my main gripe is the way are dealing with a blocked drain that has caused raw sewage to come into my garden..., 2 weeks ago I reported the problem and still my landlord hasn't dealt with the situation and Dixons are just nonchalant about the whole thing! Absolutely poor the way they are dealing with this. Me and my partner dealt with Dixons for a rental property, the whole process was easy and I must say ran very smoothly and quickly, I'd say thats down to staff, notably Eve and Eliza. I would recommend Dixons as it was a doddle, so 5 stars from us.

Ben was approachable and knowledgeable in valuing the property and advising and D'arcy was friendly and helpful in keeping in touch and letting me know how things were progressing. 15th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I would not recommend using Taylor Estate Agents based on my experience with them. The level of customer service I received was extremely poor from start to finish. Communication was a major issue throughout the process — no replies were received to emails, and getting any form of response often required repeated chasing. When contact was eventually attempted, it was still unhelpful and lacked any real detail or effort to progress things properly. Overall, it felt like there was very little interest in maintaining communication or supporting the client once initial contact had been made. Both negotiators I dealt with, Lauren and Fern, were particularly disappointing in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. Updates were rare, and I frequently had to chase just to get basic information. The whole experience felt disorganised and unprofessional. Compared to other estate agents I’ve used, Taylor Estate Agents are significantly below standard. There are far better agencies available that are more proactive, communicative, and reliable. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using them, as the lack of communication and basic customer care made the entire experience frustrating and a complete waste of time.- 5th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)I have dealing with Dixons at Halesowen for many years.
