There were a few complications with my application, and Helen went above and beyond to resolve them quickly and efficiently. A consistent assurance that the right buyer was out there, one who would appreciate the property and its location, whilst adding value to what is a friendly, engaging community.
12th Sep 2018 (8 years ago)Have rented premium properties >3K in North Oxford and the area for many years, using multiple agencies. This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.
27th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)These people dont have your interests at heart. I've been in very limited contact for just short of 3 months. I have called and emailed about 2 separate properties and they fail to reply and fail to actually commit. This has been a very stressful situation that they share zero empathy in. This business is NOT fit for purpose. Charles has not even met expectations in this situation and I've not been able to discuss this with anyone else.

A big thanks to Lois who followed up regularly with buyers, sellers, and respective solicitors across all parts of the chain to ensure things progressed smoothly. I wasn't too impressed with the photos, especially because we had to pay for that separately, but overall they were very helpful and easy to work with.
