8th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I wouldn't call it a positive experience. There was an apartment we wanted to rent, so we requested a viewing appointment. The agent arrived and let us into the apartment, but when we asked for details, she couldn't answer any of our questions. There was no proper tour or explanation of the property. It was obvious that she could hardly wait to leave. There was no professionalism at all. The whole experience felt awkward, and she wasn't helpful in the slightest. We told her what kind of property we were looking for and asked her to take down our details and contact us if any other rental apartments became available. She didn't seem interested at all—she just wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. No one has contacted us since then. I wouldn't call her a real estate agent. It was a terrible experience.

Don't trust what they say- 7th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I used David Davies to buy a property 10 years ago and as they were so professional then, I decided to sell my property with them now. I am glad I did, the team were efficient and organised and obviously specialists in this area. I had so many viewings, I lost count and now, only weeks later, I am sold, subject to contract!

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.
