They understand the local market, did a really professional job with the photos and video for the marketing, and regularly updated me on viewings and outcomes. Thanks to their excellent advice, we sold my Dad's property at the end of November 24. The team are friendly, professional and excellent at their job. There is no need to look elsewhere!
24th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)We bought our property through JJ Morris nearly 6 years ago and we were so impressed with their professionalism that we didn't hesitate to sell through them when the time came.<br>We dealt mainly with John and Claire and both were found to be attentive, professional and knowledgeable at all times.<br>Our sale was a long drawn out process and all the staff at JJ Morris were amazing and supportive and successfully guided us all the way through the process.

3rd Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Purchased a property in Llandysul through JF Lampeter and they were excellent! I used their mortgage advisor and solicitors team and it made everything simple from start to finish. Will definitely be calling them up in the future when I need to sell!

I have changed my estate agent- 6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Matt Marzano and the John Francis team went above and beyond in helping me through a slightly complicated mortgage situation and made the entire experience so much more pleasant and straightforward than I'd anticipated thanks to his professionalism and expertise. Very, very appreciative of Matt's dedication and persistence in helping me through what could have been a very stressful time. Thanks so much!
