28th May 2024 (2 years ago)House sold for £173k after original valuation was £215k due to market conditions. Had to contact the Office at times to try and get some action. We were forgotten about at times.

Stuart has been amazing ?????? keeping me informed and advising what we need to do etc and Dawn well let's just say she is fantastic explained in fine detail what we needed to do along the way as we haven't bought a home or sold one in 31 years .. Nor to suffer broken promises, or to be introduced to a buyer who definitely isn't going to be able to buy, and an agent is well aware. These things cause real damage and distress to a seller. I/we definitely don't recommend this business, it caused provable harm.

As a first time buyer she was incredible reassuring and talked me through the process advising on time scales.- 1st Feb 2020 (6 years ago)We found Your Move - Houghton-le-Spring to be a very professional and efficient estate agency. From first contact, the valuation, photography, brochure preparation, first viewing and receipt of an offer for full asking price took less than 3 weeks. Sales Manager Rachel Smiles was especially helpful in giving advice on content of the sales brochure and her friendly staff in arranging the 2 viewings by first interested party. We would highly recommend this agency to value and sell your property quickly at its true market value.
