Nothing was too much trouble. She was friendly but not pushy, and easy to talk to. Catherine contacted us when she said she would and didn't hurry us around the showing. She was helpful and informative about the property and local area. Almost made me want to buy the property in thanks for the amount of effort she puts in! A big thank you to Catherine.

5th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I first met Paul when we were previously looking to buy. I remember thinking at that time if we ever need to sell that he would do a great job for us. So when that opportunity came about, we engaged him and his team and they were superb, from getting our house online quickly, to staying in contact, and most importantly finding the right buyer and completing the sale. Along with Paul - Sol, Jennifer and Tory were also particularly helpful! A really good team. We would happily use them again exclusively. Tom and Mel

We were extremely impressed by the level of service given to us throughout the whole procedure. From the very start when Stuart visited us to set the sale in motion through to the showing round of potential buyers by the team headed by Rachel and James we were always kept fully informed of up to date progress. 4th Sep 2024 (5 days ago)Barringtons provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Tim and Nigel know the local market and are both attentive and supportive. My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive. Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.

30th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I have no hesitation in recommending RH and RW Clutton. They were always there to answer queries and guided me through my house sale. They were extremely Covid aware and their protocols were excellent. It’s safe to say mine was not an easy sale, but they never gave up or lost interest. Moving house is a costly business but I most certainly did not begrudge paying them their commission as they well and truly earned it. Thank you so much Peter and Pippa.

28th Jun 2024 (10 weeks ago)Our experience renting with Kelway Law was a nightmare. We spent months repeatedly reporting various hygiene and safety hazards and waiting for them to be fixed, including a huge hole in our bathroom floor (which we began proceedings with the council over), faulty radiators which left parts of our house (notably our kitchen) almost unusable in the winter, a faulty shower pump, black mould, and slugs and mice in the kitchen. They eventually sent someone out to fix the hole but were never interested in the rest, letting the landlord's house fall into disrepair because of their laziness and negligence. I've never seen such a high staff turnover which made getting anything resolved a challenge because nobody ever knew anything about the property (and management were of course elusive). Rent increases went against our contract, and our landlord routinely came over with no warning and Kelway Law did nothing to protect us from this, even instigating one of the times this happened by providing the landlord with incorrect information about us. After we moved out, Kelway Law withheld all of our deposit for around five months (including the undisputed part), fortunately the Tenancy Deposit Scheme were able to support us in getting the undisputed part and much of the disputed part back too. Their claims to our deposit were largely linked to their negligence of the property in the three years we were there. Honestly they are the worst letting agent I've ever come across and I would never consider selling or letting a home through them again. I suspect the owner knew this review was coming and I hope he takes it on board and significantly improves his offering, rather than continue fleecing good tenants and landlords who pay them for a service they don't receive.
1st Sep 2024 (8 days ago)We have sold 2 houses over the years through Henry Adams in Haslemere and the service has been exceptional in both cases. They are extremely thoughtful and considerate. During viewings they have been excellent with our indoor cat and watched out for him. I would highly recommend Henry Adams for their personal and caring approach.

They dealt with a few challenges along the way with total professionalism. Communication was excellent, it was a great comfort to always have someone at the end of the phone to answer queries. I can highly recommend their services.

Having experienced previous local agencies who frustrated me and cause me more work, I can honestly say that Fowlers are ummatched in professionalism, pro-active behaviour, experience and calibre of staff. Kate in particular is a real asset and I could not recommend them highly enough. They are brilliant at what they do and its lovely to work with a team like them.

We were first time buyers and they honestly made the process easier with explaining everything we did not understand and reassuring us if needed. 15th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)It has been quite a pleasant experience with Charlie Salter . He works high-efficiently and always gives us the very prompt reply of every enquiry. Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

24th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Knight Frank were absolutely brilliant. Kate Erlam was completely amazing and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. They were far superior to any other estate agents we dealt with, highly professional but also friendly and very understanding when we had to delay due to mums illness and didn't pressure us at all. I honestly don't know how we would have got through the moving process without Kate. Thank you so much to Kate and everyone else we dealt with at Knight Frank.
11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.
