6th Nov 2025 (5 weeks ago)Having just exchanged contracts for clients on a lovely, off market property in Surrey, I am pleased we were buying through Batcheller Monkhouses' Pulborough office, and in particular, Sarah Farrington. Sarah was extremely professional, approachable and transparent, and helped to maintain excellent communications throughout the whole transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Batcheller Monkhouse, whether selling or buying.

We always found their approach to he honest, transparent and proactive and have no complaints. Even when a sale collapsed through no fault of their own, they immediately went back to finding a solution on our behalf and successfully concluded a sale we are happy with. Great people who achieve great results
4th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Barringtons provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Tim and Nigel know the local market and are both attentive and supportive. My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive. Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.

20th Jun 2025 (25 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Peter from RH & RW Cluttons in Petworth. Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out. He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there to help. Thank you Peter for helping us with our beautiful, new home!

Our property had been on the market for quite some time, but they remained persistent, optimistic and committed throughout the process. Their communication was excellent, and no problem was ever too big for them to handle. Thanks to their hard work, we finally achieved a successful sale. We’re extremely happy with the service we received and would highly recommend them!

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

27th Nov 2025 (16 days ago)Worst experience - happy to let my sale fall through. Not willing to help it exchange. Don’t use. Horrible attitude when I call up and not willing to get the sale across the line to exchange. Literally sitting back and doing nothing to help the process in the final week.

Right from the start, she was so professional and we felt she had a very sound and realistic take on the housing market rather than trying to put the house on at the highest possible price. Right through the selling process, she was always really friendly, helpful and profressional, as were the KF team of ladies doing the viewings. Many thanks to you all for all your sterling work!
