5th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Came over to Batcheller Monkhouse on Saturday late morning around mid day as had an unusual day off to see someone about selling our cottage and was pretty disappointed no one there but your website says 9-1 no sign of anyone despite calling the number on website too so gave up and went elsewhere that was open. Matt.

Rachelle, Stuart and the team were excellent throughout the process, always keeping us fully informed on viewings, feedback at every stage from instruction through to exchange and completion. We would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons.
4th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Barringtons provide a friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Tim and Nigel know the local market and are both attentive and supportive. My house sold in just over 3 weeks thanks to their expertise, marketing and showing the house personally. This was in a rather slow market, so was impressive. Its the personal touch that I believe makes a difference, instilling trust in both seller and buyer. I would definitely recommend them.

I was incredibly impressed with the knowledge Meghan shared about the local area and the types of properties available. I’m planning to move to the area in a couple of years and will definitely be returning, hopefully Meghan will be able to help me find the perfect home. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful these days, and I didn’t get the same feeling from other agents I visited. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome! Sophie
26th Apr 2026 (11 days ago)We have had a fantastic experience with Tony (Letting agent) twice now. He has made everything incredibly easy and stress free. Communication has been brilliant. We had a lot of questions for being first time renters and he was more then happy to answer every single one. Very professional and friendly, definitely recommend him if you’re looking to rent soon. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He has got us exactly what we wanted both times. The whole team are excellent and willing to help you ??????
20th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Peter from RH & RW Cluttons in Petworth. Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out. He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there to help. Thank you Peter for helping us with our beautiful, new home!

25th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Really impressed with how they’ve dealt with my property selling.. Always answer the phone and any questions which is a rare thing I found last time with other companies. Knowledgeable and just seem like great people there so I’ve been really happy I chose them and would certainly use them again! Kevin, Jo and Caroline do go above and beyond I’d say but as I said before the most important thing when you’re doing something that can be as stressful as this process is having someone who responds and is always there to answer any questions which they always are! Fantastic place!!

Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

From the first meeting, he identified a potential group of buyers that no other agent had talked about which made us feel very at ease. The photography and listing process was very straightforward, and they managed the viewings process seamlessly. He actually created a WhatsApp group and was very quick to answer questions which was very helpful in what turned out to a long drawn out process (after offer had been accepted). Would work with Sam and AH in a heartbeat if we were moving again.
