16th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication started off well, but the level of service quickly fell below our expectations. We were shocked to discover that the asking price of our property had been reduced without our knowledge or consent. We also felt there was very little proactive follow up with viewers who had shown genuine interest but weren’t quite ready to proceed.<br><br>Sadly, we came away feeling let down by the service and would not choose to use them again.

They had our best interests at heart, kept us updated each step of the way, held out to get us the best possible price for our property and were very professional and friendly. I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.
