20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very unresponsive i had left a few voice mails and messages to staff and never had a reply, They will badger you to use the in house solicitors Do not use the in house solicitors you will still be charged if the sale doesn't go though.
22nd Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Professional communication. Always kept us informed when viewings were scheduled. Gave us advice on what to do next when asked without any pressure. Accepted an offer within weeks of putting property on the market at the original asking price. Very good.
7th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)After a difficult experience with another local estate agent, Bradley’s stepped in and guided me through the successful sale of my property. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission. I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.
24th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We recently rented a property through Katie as was met with a swift and pain free experience with renting our property. Happy with our choice of letting agency and thank you again to Katie for helping getting us through the process.
23rd Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Andrew and the team have given excellent, fast and responsive service. We are very pleased with the management of our properties.

12th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Amy and the team supported us through our house purchase. Amy was fantastic, really responsive and made the whole house buying situation so much easier. We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!
5th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)All very professional and informative
31st Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Myself and Gill can not thank Joe, Ben, Kiera and the rest of the Stags Team for the help and assistance they provided us with through both the buying and selling process. They kept us informed throughout and were both professional and friendly. Their local knowledge and excellent communication enabled them to provide a first class service which meant our move went smoothly and stress free, we are happy to recommend Stags and would not hesitate in using them again. Many thanks.
23rd Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Kean and Parker are very good. Can't say more until we've gone further.
14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a great experience with Scott Parry and team when selling our home. A professional and good looking set of photos and video online, a friendly and helpful team and good communications were all hallmarks. The property sold within a week - so they definitely did something right!
6th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Martin & Co valued our property at 5% more than others indicated they expected to sell the property and we had a buyer at the asking price in just over a week. Absolutely first class!
7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Jane was an exceptional agent throughout the whole process. She was always professional, friendly and incredibly helpful, and was always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated her support and attention to detail.<br>We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Jane to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent. Thank you again for all your help!
6th Oct 2026 (26 days ago)Jane, Amy and the team were brilliant during our buying process, nice presentation of the property, we visited three times before making a decision, good communication between us and the vendors, any questions answered within a timely manner, good negotiation skills with reference to an agreed price, I would definitely consider using Dawson Nott if we were to ever sell our new home.
26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Another outstanding service from Christopher’s for both purchase and sale. Christopher, Heather and Rob are in our opinion unparalleled in their determination to achieve a timely completion. Their high level communication coupled with the benefits of being an independent agent sets them miles ahead of their competitors. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else.
18th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)excellent service can not fault the service
5th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)After my mother passed away we had to sell her house. I knew nothing about estate agents or the value of my mothers property but our daughter had recently bought a house via Mayers and said that they were good. We looked up and down the street and out of 5 estate agent boards that were visible 4 were from Mayers. So, with 1 personal recommendation and 80% silent recommendations we decided to go with Mayers. We weren't disappointed. As an aside, during the selling process we had reason to meet our buyers. They also had nothing but praise for Mayers.
10th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Couldn’t recommend Notman & Taylor enough. Both Amanda & Rosie were excellent throughout our sale & purchase - super helpful, responsive & professional.

2nd May 2026 (5 mo. ago)We have sold two houses now through Fulfords Plymstock. Due to issues with our solicitor the latest sale was very stressful but Ian's years of experience shone through and he always put us at ease whilst pushing the sale along. The whole team is welcoming and friendly and always have a smile on their faces. If you are selling a house in the Plymstock area we highly recommend using Ian and the team.
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I just wanted to pass on my thanks to Reuben and the Connells Plymstock team. They have just helped with the sale of a family members home. It was such a straightforward process, great communication and as stressless as could be! I would recommend above and beyond any other local agents. 5 star?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ??????
