12th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)This post ISNT anything against Movemakers our house is up for sale with them at the moment, if you have to get an EPC certificate, DO NOT GO WITH ANDREW HURST , from Hurst letting south Elmsall , He gave us a terrible score which is not true , or EPC Originally was 76 , and nothing has changed , and he kindly gave us a 48 , totally ridiculous, phoned him up , complete arrogance, and then he put the phone down on us , Avoid him for your own sake .

16th Nov 2024 (18 weeks ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

The team did everything they could to assist throughout, nothing was ever an issue, safety checks were all carried out promptly, any repairs were dealt with quickly. But most of all the customer service was fantastic - such a friendly team. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Alex Booth was consistent, professional, extremly informative, polite and always kept me updated with the impending sale, we reside overseas and at ALL times Alex kept me updated as we progressed with the sale, going over and above, carrying out non related tasks due to the property being empty and the family as eluded being overseas. Yes we selected a highly recommended agent, but its not just the company, it is the individual that is tasked for and on behalf of the company to complete the SALE. Out of 5*, without a doubt 10!
