In particular I have regularly been speaking to Brooke who is always happy to help, has made me feel comfortable whenever I called with queries and has supported me throughout. Brooke has made my experience with Doran Kennedy pleasant despite there being a few hiccups with previous buyers along the way. Thank you Brooke for everything.

20th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Used this company as my solicitors for buying and selling carole and Joanne done a good job but at times I needed a solicitor who worked 5 days a week and not 3 because at times I got stressed on the days no one could help but overall I would recommend using them.

I had a few local estate agents out to value my home, of which, Gunter's valued my home the highest (the realistic price I expected). They are an established Formby business, who have a lot of valuable local knowledge. They rely on this local knowledge rather than antiquated sales techniques during a period when the market is slower than usual. All members of staff were easy to talk to, helpful, friendly and hard working. No hints of bluntness or condescending tone, which seemed commonplace at some other estate agents during my house hunt. I completed my onward move within 6 weeks, which is testament to the hard work and professionalism of this estate agents.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

Excellent contact throughout and regular updates on the sale which went extremely well. We had been in the same house for 40 years and needed to downsize. W and J properties came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation. The price was excellent and the service superb. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company.
