12th Apr 2025 (5 weeks ago)Some of the people working there were good, some not so. Ultimately I didn't think our flat fitted the mould of what they could or wanted to sell and I just didn't feel confident in their salesmanship.

This was helpful because I found it a little difficult to constantly be looking for a flat due to work commitments. Lovely personality as well......people person. She delivers what she promises. We trusted the advice and the communication with us and the buyers was excellent, prompt and reassuring throughout. KFH were effective and efficient - it was as smooth as possible considering the task at hand.

He got back to our questions within the working day, was happy to meet for second, third, and fourth viewings, and kept calm and friendly during the entire purchasing process. 10/10.

Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!

Without Cameron’s continuous support and communication, we wouldn’t have found the flat that met all of our criteria and high expectations. I’ve had very negative experiences in the past with other estate agents, however couldn’t be more impressed with the high calibre of this estate agent. It was evident throughout the entire process that Cameron and his colleagues cared about us and offering help whenever it was required. We are very happy in our new flat and are super grateful to Cameron and all the Battersea Reach colleagues who made our process so seamless and enjoyable.
