They're hands down the best letting agents I've come across in London. Mansour is absolutely great and clearly knows how to provide an exceptional service. From start to finish, every process was seamless. He was attentive, addressed all our concerns, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We are way beyond happy to have found an amazing and beautiful apartment we can call home. Mansour even negotiated with the landlord to get us some additional perks. To make things even better, we were welcomed with a thoughtful gift on the day we moved in, as a small gesture. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained when we were handed over the keys. It’s been a week since we have moved in and Mansour has continued to check in with us to make sure everything is going well. Thanks again Mansour and the team at James Anderson. You guys clearly are the best.

Special thank you to James Smith who was always so quick to come back to any emails we sent, and fix any issues efficiently. He offered us some great advice throughout and we are extremely grateful! We were able to completely rely on James and the team, and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Clapham/Balham area.

19th Sep 2024 (21 days ago)Extremely Disappointing Property Management Street Ahead claims to have 30+ years of experience, but their property management service is terrible. We reported a malfunctioning dishwasher on 30th May, and it's been almost four months with no action. Despite numerous follow-ups, all we receive are automated emails asking if the issue has been resolved, but no one has been sent to inspect or repair it. It's frustrating, and their property management team seems non-existent. Avoid them if you expect professional service or timely repairs!

She was extremely professional and helpful and I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell a property.

He was at all times, attentive and non -pushy. He clearly wanted both the buyer and seller to get the best deal. Through Richards knowledge and patience,I finally found my ideal flat. It was a pleasure to deal with Richard and he was an ultimate professional, and showed real integrity at all times. I would highly recommend.

Guaranteed they will do it to you. Ended up losing out on £100 instead of the £650 they claimed for. PS it's the agency you have to worry about not the landlord.
