The whole team made it their personal business to get my house sold and I was not only updated every step of the way, members of the team such as Sue went above and beyond to ensure my journey was smooth and as pleasant as possible. I've dealt with alot of agents over the years and was so impressed with their efficient operations and particularly impressed with their marketing which has meant my house has been sold within less than 2 weeks of going live. So impressed and so pleased I chose Leaders. The name is very fitting!

31st Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Usually a viewing is supposed to last 15 - 20 minutes . We travelled all the way from Manchester to go see this property and were running just under 8 minutes late to go see the place due to traffic in a new city. We were informed that the agent had left to be at another viewing , when we pleaded with receptionist to just allow us some time he simply said that the agent had another appointment somewhere else and we'd need to reschedule. I don't know who books these appointments in but booking another location within 15 minutes of another place is just a bad idea. Won't be using these guys again.

7th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)Professional yet friendly from start to finish. Britt attended very well prepared to value our property, and we felt very confident handing to AP Morgan to sell. Photos were taken promptly and were of high quality. We sold within a week which was fantastic! Tammy then worked tirelessly to coordinate the large chain and due to her efforts the chain remained together and we were successful in completing. Communication was managed well and updates delivered in a sensitive manner at all times. Thank you all at AP Morgan, especially Tammy. Would definitely instruct AP Morgan again.
7th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)When we decided to explore putting our house on the market a few months back, we engaged several estate agents including Burchell Edwards to come and appraise our property. From the get go it was obvious that Burchell Edwards were far superior to the other agents in respect to professionalism, research and pricing. We decided to put our house on the market about 2 weeks ago and engaged Burchell Edwards as our agent. They continued to impress us with their knowledge and guidance and we had around 10 bookings in the first week and a half and I am pleased to say that we were offered the full asking price for our property from a cash buyer with now downward chain. We couldn't have asked for a better service and we were not expecting to sell the house within two weeks! A huge thank you to Louise, Ryan and the team at Burchell Edwards.

27th Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)Not impressed with my experience as a potential seller or purchaser. Would give them a lot less than 1 star if it was possible. We had a valuation over a month ago, agent could not give us a valuation at the time and had to speak to her boss and heard nothing since. Really odd since they had sold another almost identical house 2 roads away away 2 or 3 weeks earlier? When queried during my potential purchase viewing was told they had e-mail issues I can only assume they did not have a phone, clearly they didn't want the business? Thankfully we booked 2 valuations that day and chose the other agent who not only gave us a valuation whilst he was here we were also given more confidence in the service on offer. It was the right decision as we sold in a week, but the one shipways sold took about 3 months or so. I made an offer as a purchaser which was increased as I was told by the agent it would be accepted. Then I was asked to increase further so it would be taken off the market as I wasn't sold but they knew this when the offers were made, and it was even on the offer email. A couple of days later when I was sold and after a week of being given the run around by the agent who would be in meetings, viewings and other calls when I tried to contact her I decided to withdraw my offer as could no longer trust what I was being told. Whilst I understand they have to be led by the vendor honesty and trust should be integral to any negotiation. Not sure how you would know the sellers thoughts and movements if you can't contact them?
11th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)My wife and I viewed a property with Dixons and,despite not purchasing the property, we had the pleasure of a tour with Amanda K. Amanda was polite, friendly, and personable and above all (which I found refreshing) was she was knowledgeable about the property. Amanda had all details to hand and shared this without us having to prompt. We were treated with a level of enthusiasm and freshness like we were the 1st viewers of the property that day, not the 4th or 5th (or the 10th that week). After multiple viewings with several agencies in Redditch, Amanda really stood out as a friendly person who showed care for us as a client viewing the property (and the property itself). If you want someone who clearly loves their job to sell your home, I would recommend Amanda at Dixons in Redditch. She really is a credit to the group.

24th Oct 2024 (7 weeks ago)Worst experience ive had with a Estate Agency. Very unprofessional and dishonest process of bidding offers on a property. Tom the Agent gave false information about offers and the client requirements. I spoke to another individual who gave an offer only to be told that Tom was giving false information about how high the offer was at and then proceeded to lie. This is a new Estate Agency operating in Birmingham and I will also be reporting them and their tactics along with other members of the public that have viewed properties and how Tom has been sharing offer amounts with everyone other than tbe clients

Their communication with us was exceptional, always checking in, discussing the market, making sure we were informed at every step through the process. If we were to move again, we would not hesitate to ask Dan and his team to see our house for us. Thank you. ????
18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He came out and valued it for us and the pack of information he put together was so detailed and thorough, it has given me confidence that he really knows what he is talking about. The service has far exceeded any other estate agent we have dealt with previously. We decided not to sell because of the current economic conditions... the timing just isn't right for us but when we do we will be selling through Bayzos. Highly recommend!
5th Jul 2024 (23 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
