I have recently purchased a property which was being sold through Vizors. They have a great team, Glenn was always very friendly and keen to help. Cezary
We used Vizors to let out or home whilst we temporarily relocated our family. Throughout the rental process Charles and his team were friendly and supported us. Later when we decided to sell our property and there was never any doubt who we wanted to be our agents for the process. The team provided regular feedback and continued to provide updates as to how the process was going, this was especially important given that we lived over 300 miles from home!
Vizors have been in the property business for a long time, as one of the biggest (if not biggest) agents in Redditch he knows the area and knows the market and can be relied upon to give honest but more important accurate recommendations.
We thoroughly recommend the Vizors team to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.
Totally unprofessional, feel conned out of my agency fee! As a student and my partner having a full time job, told them we've always needed a guarantor. They told us they would get one if they needed one, so we paid the agency fee for the checks, next thing I know, our application is rejected because the landlord doesn't want a guarantor. They still kept our money and now we have to fork out more money for another agency fee. Ridiculous.
Cannot fault how fantastic this team are. Nothing is to much for them and when they say "we will be on it straight away", they are. Kept well informed through the sale of my property and having used them already to purchase a house in the past I would always come back to AP MORGAN. Soecial thanks to Joe Phillips who leads the team for always putting the customer first.
The worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life!! Estate agents have a reputation of being bad but these guys actually live up to it. Failed to sell my property, failed to in customer service and care and failed in thier attempt to take me to court to try and get commission for a property they didn't sell!! Trying every bullying tactic! Threatening phone calls! Debt agency!! Court summons!! Which they failed!! And for what? Nothing but to cause misery and stress for no reason!! AVOID AP MORGAN will never recommend AP Morgan to anyone ever!!
As a first time buyer with an open mind and with a mortgage in principal, I naively thought that we would be treated with respect and professionalism. I had heard lots of negative comments about estate agents, but as this was my first encounter. I gave them a equal chance. We viewed a house, and loved it. 15 minutes later, Shipways Redditch received our offer on the house, and told us they would get back to us the next working day. This did not happen. We continued to wait for a phone call until eventually, we ended up phoning them, to be told they had no further information.
This continued for another three days, once a day before finally, we phoned up to finally be told that a higher offer had been placed, and that the seller had accepted it.
Now I have no problem with being outbid on a house, as the market is very competitive. Instead it was the fact that I was made to feel more like an inconvenience, than a client/customer every time I called up. Genuine questions were granted sarcastic responses and smarmy comments, deflective answers and useless timewasting snippets. To be kind, they had the general level of reliability that one might expect from an old French car.
Whilst we have not been put off our house hunt, I hope Shipways sort their act out, as in years to come, when I come to sell my first house, I will not be using Shipways Redditch.
As a landlord I've used the branch over several years and I'm always pleased with the help, support and knowledge of the team.
As a landlord, I have used Dixons in Redditch twice this year for 2 rentals and also bought 1 property from the Bromsgrove office. Whilst some may perceive Dixons as 'pushy' (former review) - my experience has been extremely positive. It's true Dixons has a unique business strategy as far as sales goes, but that's so refreshing in this industry and I would describe this more as 'tenacious, motivated, consistent'. Yes they are sales-driven, but what I have found is that this means they go the extra mile and deliver on their promises. This is a massive advantage when they are working for you either as a landlord or a buyer.
As a landlord, I am fussy about who I rent to, so turn down a lot of applications. What Dixons (Sharaine,Maria and formerly Sarah) did extremely well, was to listen to and respect what I wanted and had endless patience with my deliberations over tenants! What I valued was that whilst they did challenge some of my thought processes, they did it in a very positive and constructive way - but always supporting what was important to me. At all times, despite their own agenda, they made it very clear that they wanted me to be happy with the tenant before I accepted - so it felt like they were on my side. They gave great clarity on specific issues such as references, contracts etc. so I knew exactly what my options were.
What Dixons excel at is the customer relationship - and do the cross-selling thing very well too (Sharaine remembered we wanted another property and picked up on one for us via Bromsgrove Sales) - they are also very good at follow up - I love an agent who does what they say they will - makes all the difference when an Agent is pro-active, steps back when they need to, but takes control when they need to.
Having tried other agents in the area, I have to say Dixons have been the most professional to work with - put your trust in these ladies ....they won't let you down!
What an amazing team. From day one and first valuation every single person I have had contact with has been beyond fantastic. Debbie has been my main point of call and has always helped me feel relaxed yet been honest. Thank you ladies.
We used Oulsnam Redditch to buy our new home in August 2015,what seemed like a straight forward chain turned out to be a little more complicated than we all thought but Eileen, Debbie and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to get to the point of exchanging contracts and completing. They responded quickly to my questions (and nagging) and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Highly recommended by us!
