29th May 2020 (3 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.
28th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I was a tenant of a propery managed by Oliver Minton for just over 2 years and throughout the time our experiences were only ever possitive. Both Debbie and Beata were always helpful, friendly and profession with any of our queries or issues throughout our tenancy and continued to be fantastic up to and including us eventually moving on to a new property. I couldn't recommend Oliver Minton any more highly.

Out of the 3 quotes we received, Satchells gave by far the best price and sold it for more than the prices the other 2 agencies proposed to put the house on the market for. They worked quickly and had viewings straight away. They clearly have a fantastic network of buyers. They were brilliant and helped us tackle a number of challenging hurdles. If you want to sell your house, go with Satchells.
19th May 2023 (11 mo. ago)At the start Andrew who came to value our home spent the time with us to fully explain the current market and our house position in it. He put together and explained the marketing strategy in detail that they would adopt to sell our property which to us seemed to be the best put forward compared to the several other estate agents who also quoted for us. He was patient, polite but never pushy. On this we decided to go with Haart in Stevenage. After being blown off course by the change of government and their inadvisable mini budget and the rise in mortgage rates, which threw the maket into reversal from a seller's maket to a buyers market overnight, Andrew returned to help us re-market our property in order to get a sale. Marley, our sales negotiator, was always professional, pleasant, proactive and hard working in getting us a sale. Which with determination he did. Therefore, we would recommend Haart Estate Agents Stevenage to potential property seller's and buyer's.

2nd Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.
30th Oct 2023 (5 mo. ago)Absolutely awful place. As a tenant I have never been treated so poorly. So many things to write but will choose just 1. When our 2nd child was born she became very ill after 6 days and was rushed to hospital and kept in for 4 days. This was over Xmas time. We asked to put the rent payment back a little as we don't drive and needed to get 4 cabs a day to and from hospital. Lorraine decided to call my partner and berate her for not having savings and went on talking about the poor old landlord. Not once did she even ask about our newborn baby. Awful woman!
2nd Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Generally very pleasant to deal with. Had to correct a few mistakes they made with the listing which surprised me. Also they initially had to be pushed to progress the sale. However the team were polite, informed me on progress when it was made and generally I was pleased with the overall experience. I was also slightly surprised that they require an up-front payment of £300 for photos that you only get back if they complete the sale. This was in contrast to all other agents.

22nd May 2021 (2 years ago)We were impressed with Mark as soon as we met, with his local knowledge and unique approach to property sales. He thinks outside the box to get the best for his client. The photos he marketed were of the highest quality and showed our home in the best possible way. Once we had accepted an offer on our house, Mark really drove all parties related to the sale. He was proactive and a great communicator. We will never use a High Street Estate Agency again!
