I would recommend BMH to anyone in your area. I just wish you were dealing with sale of my house but it is in Worlaby. TJ the cockapoo loved the fuss he got when visiting your office. Our purchase was quite unique with some significant challenges throughout the purchase, through no fault of anyone, but Julie and Hayden were great in ensuring lines of communication remained transparent. It didn’t matter which member of the team we called, they all seemed to have an understanding of what we needed, could answer our questions and give us lots of advice and reassurance throughout our sale, as well as supporting us with our forward purchase. It never felt pushy, more a group of people who had our best interests at heart and that really helped when we went through some of the inevitable ups and downs of a house sale. We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else thinking of selling up in North East Lincolnshire. We worked more closely with Doug and Lexi and they were very supportive but honestly, the rest of the team were great too, from the photos, video, taking our calls, answering our emails and even the times when I popped into the office, nothing was ever too much trouble.

He knows the local market very well and his social media presence is strong which adds value to his ability to get viewings and ultimately sales.

Ensured only good quality viewers with high potential to proceed were shown round. Professional photography included as part of the package. There was no paying for add ons - what you see is what you get. House selling process is stressful as it is and Relo were always on hand to have a conversation, giving viewer feedback etc.
