4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Unprofessional receptionist. Giggling and making jokes on someone else's matter its not what anyone would expect from Law firm. I found what I was looking for with another solid professional firm. Definitely wont use Harper Macleod LLP in the future and neither I recommend it to anyone.

Her assistant Adam was also very efficient with the complex process being completed in I think record time. Well done to you both, I have already been recommending you to other best wishes.

On dads passing, from the initial discussions and guidance, through to the selling and settling of his estate, Middleton Ross were exceptional in their care and approach. The staff were great to deal with and always provided clear and honest answers to any of our requests, putting us in contact with the right person straight away. It really took the sting out of sorting everything out, having a dedicated team around us who got to know our needs and keep us right through the whole process.
