Kenny walked in and immediately recognised the potential and uniqueness of the property which reignited my hope in finding a buyer - and we did almost immediately. He was also very sensitive to every element of the journey to the sale of this property which I appreciated. To add, we also went with their recommended legal partners, who also provided a fantastic service. Can't recommend this team enough! Amazing service! Thanks for all your help and support!

11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We used Cullen Kilshaw for a sale and purchase of a property, the service was fantastic throughout, they were really helpful and always easy to contact. We had a stressful time with our chain but Morag was great at guiding us through the process and great at holding others to account. Would recommend for all conveyancing needs!

11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Andrew and his team highly enough. From our very first conversation, Andrew put me at ease during what was an incredibly difficult and stressful time. The team handled everything from start to finish and was always available to offer support. Andrew truly went above and beyond, providing not only professional excellence but also genuine personal care. Having used other agents in the past, I can say none come close to this level of service. I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else in the future.

18th May 2026 (27 days ago)I couldn't fault all the staff at Bannerman and burke...they were all very professional, friendly and welcoming,all the advice I was given whilst selling our property was spot on...it's a long time since I last bought or sold a property and I was out of touch with property sales but they were all very easy to deal with...

- 16th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor, appear to have overlooked important documents in our missives which we now have to pay for on the sale of our purchase. You pay a solicitor good money to attend to these details. On being made aware of this " not our problem anymore" was the general theme. Tread carefully and make sure they're doing everything they say they're doing.

Could not recommend enough, we were informed of any updates very quickly and all of our concerns and queries were handled efficiently and with care. Jane made the whole process for us as first time buyers extremely smooth and we had our keys in 6 weeks! Thanks again Jane :)
