9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)I had lots of viewings and the team tried very hard but the timing of the sale coincided with the other factors that would make the sale quite challenging. I was not willing to compromise hugely which is not why I decided to sell my property. I did drop the price a bit but wasn't willing to go below a certain level. The team were fab. They communicated with me all the time

Louis and the team were incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process. They understood that buying a house can be a whirlwind, and that plans can change along the way. Ultimately, we chose Frost because of two key factors. First, they had a much more detailed history of sales and general property knowledge for the type of house we were selling. A local, independent Estate agents with great communication throughout the process, as well as a proactive approach, which I very much appreciated as a vendor. They are great at building relationships with buyers too so that really facilitated the process. Would highly recommend.

Would recommend for anyone looking in the area to go with Alpha, just a shame there is no physical location available.

12th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Xavi & Co is not a trustworthy company. Ensure you keep a copy of all receipts, do not rely on them or their book keeping. When I spoke to Alberto about this problem, rather than taking responsibility he blamed me. I wish I had taken note of the other negative reviews rather than looking at all the positive reviews as I would not be out of pocket.

Such a great team, so organised and helpful whatever system they have operating is amazing!! Especially as we are new renters who have been pretty anxious during this process. It's been a whirlwind, but your approach, professionalism, good humour and attention to detail throughout have been fabulous. From our first contact with Aaron and James, through viewings with Jemima, Katy's constant support in the office and Nina smoothing the after sales process through to completion we couldn't have wished for a better experience. They take the stress out of what's supposed to be one of the hardest things to do in life! 10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)We sold our house! Ok, Jamie and the team at Seymours sold our house for us. Our story is a long one, having gone up for sale at a terrible time for the market when mortgages weren't just getting more expensive, but were being pulled from the market. Thankfully, that's all irrelevant for the purposes of this review. We first met Jamie as he knocked at our front door to see if he could help us - a demonstration of his pro-activity and drive that continued throughout our time with him. Jamie and the team were polite, friendly, helpful and professional throughout. What we really appreciated (that we had not had from a different estate agency) was the communication - clear feedback after any viewing, and regular updates to respond to current market conditions. Of course there are lots of things that you expect an agent to do - photos etc, the difference was the professionalism that Seymours provided. The professional photos were so nice that they made me want to stay in the house I was putting up for sale! Jamie was also very clear that he was working for my best interests. Of course, lots of agents may say all the right and nice things, but it's numbers and evidence that do the real talking. Jamie and his team can stand by those numbers and evidence - securing a quality buyer and achieving full-asking price for us. I would certainly recommend Jamie and his team at Seymours to anybody who needs a good quality, and ultimately - nice to work with - team of estate agents. Tim (West Molesey)
