   A genuinely excellent experience from start to finish, highly recommended.<br><br>We had a really positive experience buying our new home through RiverHomes Chiswick.<br><br>Jack, Phillip and Liana were all incredibly helpful throughout the process. Communication was always clear and responsive, and in the final weeks especially they did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure communication flowed smoothly between us and the sellers.<br><br>Jack was particularly supportive and proactive, keeping us updated, answering questions quickly and helping make what can be a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We also really appreciated how considerate the sellers were, and the whole handover was handled beautifully, the house was clean, organised and ready for us, with a lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly waiting when we arrived.<br><br>We’re very grateful to the whole team and would happily recommend RiverHomes Chiswick to anyone buying or selling in the area....     We've just exchanged on our house through Devenports.<br><br>The thing I'd single out is their data. Before we put the house on the market, they came round and walked us through the numbers for our area: what similar houses had sold for and the sort of buyer who was actually buying locally. It meant we went in with a realistic price and they knew exactly who to market it to. They were right on the price and right on the buyer.<br><br>They found someone quickly, and from there they kept on top of everything. Whenever things got difficult along the way, they went the extra mile to keep the sale moving and get us to exchange.<br><br>Good people who know their market properly.
