Selling a house at anytime can be stressfull, I had to sell my Mother in Laws house as her executor after she sadly passed. I received a few quotes from different Estate Agents, but only Owen from Curchods came across as professional and was more interested in helping me with what I needed to do rather than his profit. However Owen and Daniel were very supportive and always took our calls and responded to our emails. We completed on a different property which I just say felt so painless in comparison to the first. Owen recommended fantastic conveyancers and both Owen and Daniel worked closely with us during this transaction and were always transparent?

Without the help of Graham Tolfrey at Curchods acting for the seller this sale would never of happened, as to all extents we were abandoned by the selling agents and who, incredibly, after exchange called to see if we had bought anything as they had something we might be interested in!
