20th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Have been waiting for two weeks for a response to questions I asked re repairs and lack of property income statements, terrible service since the business was taken over by the new owners. I have also been informed they have difficulty retaining staff!!!!! Previously had first class service.

30th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)?I rented a flat through Maxfield for five years, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. ?From day one, the entire team was exceptionally caring, attentive, and honest—traits that can be hard to find in the property market! Any maintenance issues or questions were tackled almost immediately, and their response times were consistently fast throughout my entire tenancy. ?It was an absolute pleasure cooperating with them over the last five years. I always felt looked after and respected as a tenant. I highly recommend Maxfield to anyone looking for a stress-free and genuinely professional renting experience!
27th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)The agent arrived 10 minutes late to the viewing and, unfortunately, seemed to know very little about the property. Communication has also been very poor. Since making the enquiry, I’ve received six cold calls from their office in just two days, which has felt excessive and intrusive. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I would expect from a professional estate agent.

7th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

17th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Sarah and the lettings team at Bridgfords highly enough.<br><br>Sarah has genuinely gone above and beyond from start to finish and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. As I work regular hours, she was extremely accommodating and even contacted me outside of normal working hours to work around my availability.<br><br>What has really stood out is that the service hasn’t stopped once the tenant moved in. Sarah has continued to keep in touch and check that everything is going well, which has been really reassuring.<br><br>We opted for the Let Only package, yet when I needed some additional help, Sarah even went out of her way to contact a contractor on my behalf despite this being outside the scope of the service we had chosen. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, but was still more than happy to help.<br><br>Sarah has been professional, responsive, approachable and genuinely committed to making the whole experience as smooth as possible. It’s rare to receive this level of service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah and the Bridgfords lettings team to other landlords.
